I brought two very expensive pairs of pants and one was custom tailored to me in for dry cleaning. I had a speaking engagement that same day that I picked up my pants and was planning to wear one of the pairs of pants that evening. When I put them on they were shrunk. The lining was hanging out of the bottom and they were skin tight. Both pairs of pants fit loosely but well the week before. I played a lot of phone tag with the owner and stopped by many times trying to reach him to discuss this issue. I believe the dry cleaned pants were washed in their laundry service instead of dry cleaned. I finally got a phone call back from the owner. He denied washing the pants instead of dry cleaning them. He told me to bring the pants back and they’d steam them to hopefully loosen them up. Unfortunately, the steaming didn’t help much and they are still too tight to wear. The owner told me I’m out of luck as he is not responsible for damage and how does he know the pants fit me before I brought them in. Luckily I had photos of me in both pants within a month of the cleaning from business events. I email him the before and after pics and I was told to bring the pants by again and drop them off. I told them I would not drop them off again but could meet them there to discuss. They didn't respond until I threatened a small claims suit. They again told me to drop the pants by. I provided receipts for the pants and asked for a refund. No response beside drop the pants by. I asked again if I could meet them. No response. I am currently filing a small claim suit. As a local business owner myself I know how important service is. I’m sad that they are treating their customer like this and trying to ignore this issue. I’ve also very sad that I lost two pairs of pants that I really loved.

Get my clothes dry cleaned all the time from here for the past few few years! I always get compliments on my uniform at work.

Called in asking for the price of a jacket, she told me $4.80. When I got there the lady said, oh actually our prices went up and it's $9.95! What the heck! Horrible horrible customer service
