Really great job today by Two Men & A Truck! They helped us move our fitness studio. They also went above and beyond to come up with a solution to getting a very large stage/platform into our new space. Awesome job, highly recommend!!
Two men moved a piano for me this past weekend and they made it look easy. It was protected, wrapped and out the door in no time flat. The delivery location posed some challenges, but they had the piano in and placed in the living room without so much as a scuff. And the office staff were very pleasant as well!
They deserve zero stars. I was very specific regarding my needs during the quote and reservation, especially regarding a glass top table. I was assured that they had the capability and professionals to handle the job. I paid extra for an additional crew member to make the move more efficient, however I receive the performance of 2 men, as the one goofed off all day, riding the dolly, carrying one picture, etc. This was a local move to a storage facility, which should have taken about 5 hrs with the additional person but took 8 because of the inefficiency. I called the company on the day to complain of the poor work performance and several months later I was told I would receive a credit for material I was charge for but never used and miscalculation of time. This move was in March! After multiple calls and emails, I still have not received my credit. At the time I reinforced the care needed in storing the glass top table and the crew confirmed. When I went to move the items out of the storage facility two months later, the table top was chipped. This leads to my second poor encounter with this company. I called again to tell them about the damage and my missing credit. I was repeatedly told they would get back to me and take care of the missing credit. Here we are in mid-September and still nothing! This is a horrible company and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not use this group. They are extremely unprofessional.
