At Two Ponds Pet Lodge, we are veterinary family owned and operated, and we cater to four-legged friends like no one else. They're part of your family so, when you trust them to us, we treat them like our family. We've built our reputation on providing the most extensive list of services available. We feature live web cams, spacious indoor and outdoor cabins, large astro turf play yards, stay and play packages, six acres surrounded by wildlife refuge, cat condos with cozy beds and window views, and can also accommodate your rabbits, ferrets, birds, and pocket pets!

We're crazy about animals: big ones, small ones, even ones that seem scared or anxious. That's why we opened our doors--to serve the type of client we love most. When you come to pick up or drop off your pet, you'll see us in our element.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. This is how I dropped my dog off and the second picture is how we picked him up. The lady completely did not listen to what we told her. No one ever told her to make him bald. And the worst part is we still paid $130+ for his hair cut….
Highly recommend taking your dogs elsewhere for boarding. I boarded my 2 dogs here years ago when traveling through Denver and it went generally fine. Now I live here and just boarded them for a 10 day stay while traveling out of the country and my experience was frustrating to say the least. 1. I went into the facility 2-3w prior to labor day to ensure my little dog would not get out of the kennel which provides outdoor access/video when boarding years ago they reported she would constantly get out. While there they took copies of all my vaccination records and uploaded them to their chart supposedly. Also the stench of the whole facility just getting out of your car is overwhelming of urine. I have been to many pet boarding/daycare places and have never experienced this to this degree. 2. We dropped our dogs off at 7am as we were heading straight to the airport to catch a 930am flight and hoped things would go seamlessly but they apparently never saved the vaccination records I brought in weeks prior and said I could not board them without proving their records. Thankfully we live 5min around the corner and I was able to get these for them last minute and not compromise our flight. 3. During the stay I purchased daycare days on Tuesday and Thursday. It was clear by the video access they went Tuesday but after checking multiple times in the first and second half of the day Thursday they remained in their cages all day yet we paid for the service. 4. My dog came home with "happy tail" since the walls in the kennel are cement. He came home with blood splatter on his back half. I did not pay for a go home bath because I anticipated bathing them myself but I would have expected them to clean him a little given the blood.. They made this out to be very normal so why don't they pad the cement walls somehow to prevent injury to animals? 5. They called me while out of the country half way through the stay to report them being out of food despite giving 11 days worth of food for a 10 day stay. We gave clear feeding instructions which were clearly not followed. Yet they never called to inform me my dog was injured with "happy tail". 6. A friend of mine picked my dogs up for me as my flight did not get in until after closing Sunday and Monday was a holiday so if we did not get them Sunday they had to stay until Tuesday. They did not return the bag we dropped off with our dogs including my dog's harness and leash so will have to plan another trip in to pick these up. Overall just highly encourage looking around for other facilities. I was hopeful for the stay given it is vet owned which was a major reason I decided on this one but I will not be bringing my dogs back to this facility.
I called to schedule a tour after being referred pulling up I was not impressed because of the construction/open fence but was hopeful based on reviews and referrals. They called the ‘tour guide’ up and looked like someone off the street! Hair was a mess cloths seemed grungy…again tried not to judge but was not very welcoming, didn’t greet himself talk about the place much. I was the one who had to ask questions to even get info. I mentioned my dog had never been boarded before and was coming concerned about that and he did nothing to make me feel comfortable leaving him there. It just felt very odd if I didn’t feel comfortable there how would my dog?! Not to mention it smelled Soooo bad in there, I know there might be some smells but made me question how often they clean. Was NOT impressed to say the least
We used to bring our dog here often. This is the only daycare we've taken her to that doesn't do online booking, you have to call and usually wait on hold for a while to try and book. They also as of late are booked for over a week out, so you can't do any day care unless you plan it at least 2 weeks in advance. Finally, our last two bath grooms here have been terrible - once she came home SOPPING wet, and the other time they were supposed to shed her but didn't, and both times we were on the hook for the full fee. Tough because it's an OK place and so convenient location-wise, but it needs a lot of upgrades to the way it's run.
We love two ponds pet Lodge! Our dogs Milo and Gizmo always come home happy healthy and clean. We give them the spa treatment after leaving them there for a week when we go on vacation. Love the indoor outdoor doggy runs.
The kindest most friendly staff. Our car broke down and they watered and fed our puppy and were so kind, welcoming and helpful! You definitely have a new customer!!! Amazing, kind and compassionate with animals and people too!!!
We left our pup at Two Ponds while we went on vacation, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. The entire facility has cameras that livestream, so we were able to watch our dog play all day at doggy day camp and sleep in her private cabin. Every time we checked the cameras which was a lot, she was happy and comfortable, and the staff was amazingly kind and caring towards her. One night we observed one of the staff members administering our pup her eye drops, and despite it being after hours, he took extra time to play with her, establish trust, and patiently administer the drops, staying a few minutes after to pet her and give her some extra attention. The facilities are top notch, the staff is above and beyond kind and caring; we will DEFINITELY be boring our dog here from now on!
We left our dog here for the weekend. We had a great experience and liked being able to look in on our dog oil she was running around being a goofball. The staff is friendly and helpful.
My dogs have boarded with Two Ponds Pet Lodge for years & they love it. They can stay together in a shared kennel & I love checking in on them via video cams. Plus, the departure bath is a great way to leave. They come clean & tired out from all the fun!
