I try to be completely honest for everything I go places, I like this place because they drop charges that are more serious then the situation is but they are corrupt, not giving me any fair trial, arresting me unlawfullyI was later released an hour later thanks to my mom knowing our rights and the were forced to release me

Arguably One of the best small towns in the United States to live in. Located on the shores of Lake Michigan, this is a very friendly small city. Exceptionally high quality of life. The staff at City Hall is very customer focused. They will go out of their way to assist you. If you email the city manager a question or comment, you will get a timely response albeit from one of his flunkies. My small dead-end street gets plowed the same day that it snows. I don’t even have to go to City Hall to pay my property taxes; I simply have the bank send them a check and the city staff knows which account to put it into. If it weren’t for the cold winters, this place would be the size of Los Angeles. Other than better weather, the only thing that’s really missing is mountains.

You can pay you utility bill and talk to an officer all at once 1 place for all the city's needs. Hahahahah.
