One of the best campgrounds I've been to. The scenery was amazing our site was along the Platte River. Pet friendly and plenty of activities for the kids. Water was low so tubing wasn't ideal, and if you have spare driver you can save $20/each tuber by driving the 3 miles to the drop off point yourself it's right on Hwy 40, 1.5 miles East of Hwy 10. This route takes about 2-3 hrs to float back to the campground depending on water levels. If you're just paying for yourself $20 seems ok, but when you're paying for a family of five that price seems way too steep, especially when we say a handful of their tubes come back popped. Mostly due to the low water levels, but for $20 you could buy a really nice tube that shouldn't pop like theirs did. The campground was packed and loud due to many groups camping together and playing music throughout the weekend. So if a peaceful campground is what you're looking for you may want to try a state park :. But if that doesn't bother you then this is a great place to camp. The staff were overwhelmingly helpful and friendly. We had some electrical issues with our camper and Jay and Larry were more than willing to dive in to help us figure out what was wrong, they even let us borrow a battery for the night so we could set up the camper and visit the store the next day! It was also one of the most expensive campgrounds we visited this year. Even with the high price and noisy groups, I'll definitely be camping here again.
This was our first time and won’t be the last! Nice campground from friendly, helpful staff to immaculately clean grounds! Nicely stocked store for essentials and though we didn’t order, there was a nice selection of food. Maybe a bit on the higher end $$, you definitely get what you pay for. Never felt unsafe with the secured entrance and could leave out chairs, etc at site. Plenty of space between sites as well. Close proximity to Little Falls and Saint Cloud, worth checking out this quiet, well-maintained campground. Kudos to the owners and staff- they definitely take pride in keeping this resort top notch!!
Well maintained campsites, fantastic view of the river. Tubing was a lot of fun with our kids. We stayed during the week and everything was really peaceful. Things picked up a lot on Thursday into Friday and the campground definitely changed to a more social place with lots happening. The mini golf was great and does cost extra. Free shuffleboard and bocce were fun too! We will definitely be returning!
Becoming a Seasonal Camper at Two Rivers is the best thing I’ve ever done. The grounds are very well maintained. Very family and pet friendly . The management staff goes above and beyond. They checked on me often when I was confined in my camper with Covid, offered to bring me dinner, helped with my water softener and Donna even came and held my ladder for me when I was needing to get on my roof. There are lots of organized activities for the kiddos and adults. The pool is very clean, nice little dog park to use and the sunsets along the Mississippi are breathtaking! This is a gated campground that is safe and very friendly. More expensive than most campgrounds in the area but the memories I’ve made are priceless. Thank you to the entire Management Staff ! Kiddos to you!
Stayed for 3 nights. Campground staff were pleasant and helpful. Not once did I or my family have anything other than a positive interaction with any one of the staff there. Camp site and facilities were very clean. Watched the outdoor movie, played bingo and my daughter went on the train ride each day. We all had a blast. Pool and main lodge also awesome. Will be staying at again for sure.
My family and I attending this place after hearing great things from a friend. We loved the tubing , the activities for our kids kept them entertained for hours. The GM Donna was super helpful when we called to make the reservation. Her entire team was awesome. They made it feel super special for my family. Jay helped us get into our spot and went above and beyond everyday to say hi. We will be back.
After a recent first stay at Two Rivers, my family was very impressed and excited to book our next trip back. The activities kept the kids extremely busy, and they were disappointed when we had to leave! They are already asking to go back to tube again and hear Mr. Alec’s funny jokes on the tubing bus. The Putt Putt and basketball was also a big hit with the kids! The campground is under new management, and they are doing an awesome job! I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they helped us with including parking our RV. The store is also so well appointed, and I highly recommend the Pizzas!! We might have enjoyed 3 of them It was also a beautiful view the see the Geese out by the Mississippi everyday. The scenery at the campground was pretty cool with the water views everywhere. The staff and ground at this campground make it second to none. Keep up the great work Two Rivers team and thank you for taking such great care of our family. Looking forward to next year and gonna try and sneak a trip in this September if we can!
I recently stayed at Two Rivers Campground and Tubing and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were all very helpful and have such a positive and helpful attitude special thanks to Jay, Donna, Alec and Cindy. Whenever we needed help or had a question, they were very efficient and got right to it. Our Family was never bored here thanks to the fun amenities like Putt Putt, swimming pool, cornhole and the beach volleyball and basketball courts. The grounds were also in amazing shape and super clean. The tubing was awesome and the highlight of our trip!! The river was fun and exciting but relaxing at the same time. The process of getting your tube and getting to the river was very easy. Can’t wait to come back with my family for many years to come! Keep up the great work Two Rivers!!
Awesome campground! The beach on the river is a great place for the kids to play and the pools offer another great way to cool down. Sites by the river are nice and big with great trees! The store has a great variety with reasonable prices. My only complaint is that on there was not a baby swing so my one year old wasn't able to enjoy the playgrounds.
This was the 2 Rivers Campground experience I was hoping for. The first few riverfront sites are less crowded than the ones closer to the hill, so therefore quieter also. We got to go tubing, which was excellent. Pool area was clean and fun. Lodge is great. I especially loved the service the management provides nowadays. They truly have improved upon the experience over previous ownership. Where previous ownership tried very hard to make guests feel like they were lucky they have been allowed to stay at THIER campground. But the new management made us feel welcome and that they truly were there to make us happy and not the other way around. Thank you so much!
