I have read all the reviews for this company. Every excuse has been said to all of us like a seasoned script. It's been a year + some months and we still don't have a stone I have been told Jonesboro has a great reputation for markers and stones. Walmart can order caskets, markers and even stones. Sent to whoever you want it to go to for the funeral. Go ask for a refund, I am not sure they even heard that when we asked for one. When they do get it in, there is no one to set the stone or even screw the marker on the stone..that takes another year. I would never go here again for a stone for my love one. Remember where you live for a claims court.
My family been using this tombstone place for years! People have to understand that they not young or stay young forever they ELDERLY… They kind & I like the sweet couple. Her husband do stay sick but one thing I can say they may work slow but they’re very professional & they had all them placed properly! Plus, they notified me that had been placed.. Never had a problem with them.. Listen y’all gone get old one day too so, show some respect please for the elderly PLEASE!! Plus, they lost they daughter. Don’t bash them. I understand it business but they going through the same thing we are!!! My opinion
The work is exceptional! I wanted to be present when they place my Sister’s tombstone out and I’m glad I was there. The line my sister was on had a few other tombstones that was crooked. Not only did they align my sister tombstone up they also aligned up the other tombstones. I thought that was very professional because they did not have to do it because another company did not take pride in their work or the people who hired them to do the job correctly. It is a family base company and the elder statesmen Brothers we’re friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again.
Now I have to admit that the service was extremely SLOW but I understood that the man was elderly& other factors played a part like the weather. But my dad passed away in 2016& we had his headstone placed months/months before the anniversary of his death...Definitely slow but overall great service.
If I had the ability to review without any stars, I would. Ordered DOD plaque for my mother's headstone 2 years ago & still nothing. Stopped by to hear many excuses; husband in hospital, wrong plaque, wrong size, etc. These ppl don't care about your loved ones. Company is no Rock of Ages but same losers running the business. I guess going to small claims court to get my $500 back. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MEMORIALS FOR LOVED ONES.
We have been waiting for over a year, for this place to set my fathers headstone. He passed away in March 2019, and as of today there is nothing. We have called and even went up there, and is always the same excuses from them its been raining, the ground is too wet, my husband has been sick. This now is going on the second father's day that we do not have a headstone placed. I would go else where to get a headstone for your loved one.
Baby nephew passed in September 2019 ordered stone and have been waiting months. Get the bronze plaque with a date of 1999. Of course not their fault they say we told wrong date. Also she never said it would be in 3 or 4 weeks. They are horrible!
Dont order from here unless you want to wait 10 years,It has been 14 months since my mother has passed .First the say they ordered wrong marker,6 months later same thing 2 monts later no death marker. We asked if we owe anything even though my mother had pre paid years before,They say no so now still no marker.
Ordered a date for a headstone in August of 2016 and as of January 4, 2018 still do not have it! Joyce Taylor keeps telling the same story every time! Today I’m demanding a refund.
Great job they did for my family, and so respectful and kind.
