Kevin is amazing! I use him for all of my lock needs at the office. His sister is a little rough around the edges with her customer service/attitude, but, if you can push through that, you'll be happy ;. Might be worth it to hire someone who wants to do their job to answer the phone and take people's money...just an idea ;.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I called at 9 am and by 9:30 they were at my vehicle ready to help. He even went as far as helping me with the latch on my trunk. The best locksmith in the JC area!

The gentleman my husband spoke to over the phone was polite and helpful. When I went into the shop to get a key made, however, the woman at the front desk was extraordinarily rude and made it quite obvious she did not want to help. I tried to explain the key situation and she kept cutting me off with “We DON’T do that here,” even though my husband had already confirmed that they, indeed, do. We went to Westlake’s instead and they were great.

Cut and programed a transponder key for my jeep in 5 minutes and was $28 cheaper then anyone else in town.

The lady was very rude over the phone.
