Exceptional! Great place to explore, beautiful setting, great food and exceptional tea selection. Spent a long time browsing the many rooms in this delightful order home with vintage beautiful items for sale. Can't wait to go back; hope to make it a monthly event.
I have been coming to Tyme Well Spent for roughly 15 years now and it is still one of my favorite places to go! The tea selection is great, I still have yet to try them all! Nancy is such a kind hostess and is very quick to get back to you to set up reservations! I always love going through and looking at all the trinkets and things to buy! Thank you Nancy for running this awesome business!
Absolutely stunning place! Food was to die for. Tea was absolutely perfect. The tea rooms are just so light and delicate. My waitress whom I assume is the owner was so sweet and knew exactly what was on the menu. Probably one of the best chicken pot pies I've ever had. Vanilla pear tea is scrumptious and so was the Italian cream cake. Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back.
This place is a wonderful tea room: high calibre teas 50 different flavors and types, excellent tea sandwiches, salad, scones. Quiches and desserts and more. It is old fashioned and terrific in every way. Quality service in a magnificent beautiful exquisite home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
Went to a bridal shower here. Very quaint and intimate. Food was pretty good, multiple quiche to choose from, chicken salad, pot pie...delicious salad...fresh! You can shop upstairs, vintage jewelry, clothes, dishes and the such. Not very organized, but an eclectic feel all in all.
I have taken girlfriends and my sister here to celebrate their birthdays. The Victorian house is the perfect setting, and Nancy is a great hostess. Good food, freshly prepared, and many tea choices. After lunch you can roam and shop around the rooms on both floors of the house. What's not to like?
I have never found another tea room like this one. Nancy the owner is so hospitable. She works so unbelievably hard making all of the food, traveling the country for her assortment of antiques available for sale, starching and ironing all the linnens, and also aquiring so many different events here. You can actually have a real meal with your tea, And not one of those tiered assortment of snacks. She also has all of the teas for retail. I had my baby shower here and it was more than enough room and received so many compliments on the beautiful place. I have visited this lovely spot with my mom over 100times over the past 10years. And when someone is in town or I just want to treat them to something nice I will take them here. You should definitely visit this one and bring your friends!!
Beautifully decorated house, tasty assortment of edibles and tea, and a friendly, gracious proprietor. What's not to love. There's a reasonably priced antiques gallery on the second floor as well. I look forward to every visit.
Fantastic Victorian style tea house with a wide variety array of teas served in large tea pots, more than ample servings from menu, wonderful full teas, delicious desserts. One of a kind. Been to many tea houses. Tyme Well Spent is my favorite
This is a great tea room. The owner is so hospitable. The food is delicious, the pumpkin bread to-die-for. Tea service is great. Also lots of special buys in the selling area. Worth the time and trip.
