Perfectly the perfect size for your family, dropping your teens off for the day, or your and your SO to have fun in the sun and enjoy the bar! That’s right, bar! There are plenty of options for food, too! They provide water slides and pools for all abilities and ages, as well as many accessible chairs, lounge chairs, picnic tables, cabana rentals, party pavilions, and tubes. Live music and entertainment daily, as well as fireworks on special occasions! Bathrooms are clean and lockers are available. There is a first aid office with paramedics and officers on hand at all time! My daughter was treated and treated well when a bee sting her last year. She is highly allergic and the paramedic team saved her!. Officers and security are tight, so I feel comfortable sending my kids off for an hour or so on rides while I relax by the wave pool.
I had a great time floating down and around on the lazy river. And going down the water slides. I went with my company sponsoring a party so I do not know the entrance prices. I recommend this park for the entire family, parties, and events. The employees were friendly and helpful. The only downside was at one of the slides. Staff were there at first, helping guests acquire tubes for the rides and directing traffic; keeping order. Stopping guests from cutting lines. Then they left, and guests were cutting the lines. Obviously, that could have created a problem if guests pushed the issue with other guests.
Perfect family fun adventure destination. It’s a smaller water park, but can be enjoyed by all ages. Even had live music on Saturday afternoon. Best part, there is a full service bar! There are also cute cabana areas you can reserve.Visited onWeekend
We had a lot of fun! It was smaller than I expected, but I was ok with that! It was easy to keep an eye on the kids, and I liked that there was a lot to do for both the older kids and the younger ones! Pizza was so yummy, and there were plenty of seats and tables in the shade!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$16–20
Perfect on a hot Texas day! We went on a weekday and had a lot of fun. The park wasn't very crowded so hardly any wait for rides, tubes, etc. My older kids 8-14 really enjoyed the big slides. My Littles liked the great little kid area with little slides and water activities 1-8. I enjoyed the lazy river and wave pool. We had no trouble finding a free table for our stuff, there are pavilions you can rent. We got there around noon and stayed about 6 hours. We went with the pogo pass.
Fun Waterpark but some of it is a little dated and it could use some more group and couple rides like rafts. Also, they advertise some rides that are not even there. Food is really overpriced but that is expected.
Typhoon can be highly congested at times and unexpectedly lighter others. There doesn't seem to be a lot of rhyme or reason on the weekdays, but weekends are always busy. With busy times come less cleanliness, slower service, and big lines. On a lighter day, this is a lovely place to enjoy the sun and water, especially for children. The park is a great size to keep up with kids and feel a sense of safety. There's also an entire kiddie area where babies and beyond can safely spend the day. Mornings and late afternoon/evenings seem to be the best times to be in the park.
We went for the first time on Sunday and were pleasantly surprised. The kids had fun while by husband and I relaxed in the wave pool. Bathroom and changing facilities could be cleaner though. We had no problem getting a locker for the day. Food was ‘OK’ but the pizza place said they did not have any non-pizza options that day, which was disappointing because we wanted something on the healthier side the Turkey wrap or the salad. The park needs more shade, especially when temps are above 100. Would love an adults only area for parents to chill while their older kids are running around.
Kids love it. Can’t beat the price for a seasons pass plus it comes with free food items. I live right down the street so a seasons pass is a no brainer but if you plan on coming here twice in one season, it pays for itself. The lifeguards are all young people but they do a solid job of keeping an eye out. I’ve seen them help multiple people with minor issues and call for a supervisor if there’s a larger issue. Wave pool, lazy river, slides, etc are all a blast. Plenty of food items to choose from and yes, it will be pricey and you may wait on a line. It just is what it is. Bar for adults so you can loosen up or numb your brain from overbearing kids lol. I recommend the endless collector drink cup if you plan on getting a seasons pass as it will pay for it self times over. Come, have fun, don’t worry about spending some money, it’s worth it.
Very family and kid-friendly place. The staff was friendly and accommodating—plenty of shady spots. The changing rooms and bathrooms are air conditioning and are very well cleaned and up-kept. They do have showers outside the changing area.Visited onWeekdayWait timeUp to 10 minReservation recommendedYesPrice for adult entry$21–30
