Courteous. Fast. Fair. Great experience getting my Macbook screen replaced. They had it ready for pick-up on day 3. Also--they offered lots of great advice about how to make sure my computer will need fewer repairs in the years to come. I highly recommend!
Came in a while back to get my MacBook pro repaired. They said it was unfixable and they wouldn't even look at it. I mentioned Apple always slowing down my older devices and the batteries conveniently failing. They say Apple will never do that and get offended. Brought to another store, and they repaired it instantly! Oh, it looks like I'm getting money because Apple has, in fact, slowed down phones and purposely slowed down phones. I would take anything they say with a grain of salt and a cult like bias. And no you're wrong and wrong again, I still like Apple and Android. I have both. Same with Macbooks and PCs. Who cares they are all great. BUT, I won't trust these guys. The responses to other reviews says a lot about this business. Honesty a long way.
Cool place. Walk in hours are excellent and appointments are an option. Clean, well lit and squared away, professional staff that are very efficient.Huge bonus is that its here in Leander. Front left as you look at the collection of buildings. for the record- it is a 2019 and I didn't heckle anyone at apple. I hope you and yours recover quickly from the storm.
I highly recommend Tyrosys for your apple repair needs. I had a water spill with my laptop and with apple care they were able to fix it. After about 3 weeks it was acting up again. I took it back in and they replaced the parts again at no charge. They will do whatever they can to fix your device in a timely manner and at low cost to you. I cannot recommend them more! Should we ever need another apple device repair we will use them again! Thank you Tyrosys!
Grant made my day. I GOT A SAME DAY APPT What?! to fix a plethora of problems with my new iMAC. As a certified Apple expert he checked every single diagnostic detail; and he didn't stop there, he included me in the conversation so that I could learn the how and why. Plus, he gave me some insider software tips that I had never heard of, which will lower my work expenses remote designer significantly. Thanks Grant! The space is sunny, clean and welcoming, parking ample and easy, the location is great. Grant is authentically warm, vested, and wildly knowledgeable with Apple and beyond. I mean this in the best possible way, but I hope to NOT see you soon Grant. But when/if I ever have a device problem or question, I am calling tyrosys no question! Go see them, they'll take GREAT care of you.
Grant and his dad were super nice and the epitome of professional service! I will be bringing any issues with my tech exclusively to them in the future! Thanks Tyrosys for quickly taking care of my MacBook problem.
The best! Way better than waiting for an appointment, dealing with the line at the Apple stores. Those stores all out-source their repairs to Houston, and you have to wait for days. Not any more! Once I found Grant, problem solved. Much better than a doctor's office! I've had same-day service twice now and I can't be any happier about Tyrosys coming to Leander. You can trust Tyrosys 100%. Strongly recommend!
If you need any repairs or replacements with an apple product definitely go to Tyrosys! Jon helped me with the replacement of a hard drive and migrating the data. He had excellent communication, was kind, friendly and patient. I also interacted with Grant owner and he was the utmost in these qualities as well. Jon had even cleaned off my Macbook when I came to pick it up. These guys take great care of their customers! My computer is working better than ever.
