This is one the worst Tyson plants we have been to. The yard is a mess, extremely disorganized, trailers dropped everywhere in no particular order. The yard is really hard on your truck they could fix this if they wanted to. You are NOT given any idea where your loaded trailer is and this is a massive yard to drive through. Make sure you have a washout done but if you don't there is one on site driver's can't stay in trucks. Dropping trailer can be a nightmare they park them extremely close sorry didn't get a photo of them, making driver's drop in unusual places. We had a driver stop us and give us advice where to find the loaded trailers, great guy and he was correct. But it should be said that the guard shack employees were very nice. Just could be more informative.
Love coming to this place, some drivers just cry & complain about everything! The security at back gate/entrance gate will tell you atleast 3/4 fuel , they will even wash your trailer for small fee and they tell you to drop trailer and wait for us to call you and tell you it's going to be awhile ! Can't ask for anything better, I've been here numerous of times and not once felt disrespected or like I was being bullied, ! Great place to pick up a load, oh yeah the security will even give you a # to call and check from time 2 time , just wait atleast 5 hrs before you start calling, remember they have lots of drivers to deal with !
Been to many Tysons most are quick but this locations is the worst! Almost did my 34 hour reset waiting for trailar to be ready also I was over 2,000 pounds on my trailar axle i took it back and they took 8 More Hours! To fix the weight also make sure to double check paperwork dont skim through it had to go back again to get correct paperwork. If you have a time frame be aware they will wait last minitue for your trailar I was talking with another driver had same issue.
Worse Tyson I have ever been to we have D/H at 90% this is the slowest one in the USA hands down. Been here 2.5 days it’s now 4 hours to drop dead and they haven’t even started loading the trailer. Will be declining any load out of here for the foreseeable future. Gave it 3 stars only for the staff in guard shack good people and helpful in there.
Wish I had better news, but I don't. Don't come here. You will wait for atleast 20 plus hours even if on time. Disorganized. No room to drop. Lack of info. Life is time. Time is money. They value your life none at all.
You must to drop the trailer inside and park your truck outside factory Overnight parking for Bobtails. No food No restroom I was waiting my load 40 hours. You need to call one time in two hours, or ask in guardhouse about your loading. They sow me - Your trailer loaded. I find my trailer, it was empty. Sometimes Line in 15 trucks, line out 5 trucks
This Tryson has to be the most careless and dumbest of all...They never get the paper work, seal and temp right...always one issue or the other...ALWAYS! Update...I'm here again 10/20/2022 load became ready 2days later and my seals.on trailer.was messed up.again...second stop seal was put as first while first stop seal as second.
People are nice but nice people don't make up for 28 hours waiting for my trailer. Beware if you come here to pick up a buyer load be prepared to wait 20 or more hours. Checked in at 7pm and left at 11pm next day. What a joke.
I want their to pick up a load I hade to wait 2 days after I drop my trailer because of miss Communication between the people working plus you have to look for your trailer after it’s ready in a big area I had to wait a long time and they don’t watch the weight I had to scale my truck 3 times honestly I will never go back to this mass again
