I came in last week, was trying something new with my hair. I was scared to even try it so I asked what happens if I don’t like the look of it, can I bring the remaining hair back she said yes. As long as it has not been used and it’s usable hair. I told her this was my first time trying this, so I wanted to be sure I wouldn’t be out all that money. She re-assured me. I used 2 packs of hair, went to take it back today. She wouldn’t even give me store credit, because I removed the hair from the plastic. Even though it was still in the band it came in. I was referring people here since she was so nice. However I will do the opposite now. And I will not be back! If I could give 0 stars I would because I’m out 70$ for absolutely nothing!

Treated disrespectfully immediately upon entering store by disgruntled unkind worker. Rudely stated we close in 10 minutes. During checkout, the same unpleasant worker refused to apply the usual military discount received for years. The community deserves better treatment. In the future,  my hard earned money is going to Sami's Beauty supply behind McDonald's on Lincoln trail or Louisville.  Not spending my funds at an establishment that does not value courtesy towards customers.  It's not WHAT you say, it's HOW you say it. The community deserves better.

Fantastic customer service! Prices average. The store is spacious and bright. Everything is sectioned off in a way that makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Lots of selections.

Very nice, they had what I wanted. The lady was very nice and helpful.
