This was my first time here and when I entered the woman, who I now know is the owner, redirected me to a cheaper washer than the one I initially was going to use. She was very kind and i was immediately impressed. The facilities are very clean as well. The prices are fair. The location for me are optimal. When I used the washer it did have an issue and ended up requiring me to eventually use cash instead of a card. I informed them of the issue and they jumped into action to get my money back. I highly highly recommend this place on principle of their values alone!
I live in Joplin, however it's worth the 10 minute drive to Webb City to use the latest, state of the art washing equipment. Oh, and it's less expensive than anywhere in Joplin. Family atmosphere, they should be selling merch. That good.
Updated machines, upscale and clean facility. Nice staff and great kids area my toddler loves. The machines feel a bit pricey but the place is very clean and not run down. I’d only wish they keep their vending machine a bit more stocked though.
I gave 5 stars because this place offers laundry service for you. You can drop your laundry off in a secured locker you choose the lock pin and you follow the instructions on the locker. Super easy. If you want to do your laundry yourself. There are plenty of washers and dryers. Prices vary but worth it. They also have a vending machine that has all of your soaps dryer sheets etc in there.

This laundromat is INCREDIBLE. It’s one of the most modern ones I’ve used, and it blew me away. Everything in the facility was extremely clean, and the ability to pay without using quarters was so helpful. I practically never carry cash anymore, so being able to use the app to just simply scan the washer QR code and pay for my load was perfect. They also have automatic doors at the entrance, so you never have to set your laundry down to get in. The prices are just a little higher than other laundromats in town, but given the convenience and cleanliness of this place, I didn’t even blink at them. Best place to do laundry in the Joplin metro.
I appreciate how clean this place is! It has a whole different feel than any other laundromat I've ever been in! We come here to wash our down comforter and doggie-beds.

We have used this place a few times and it is great. The staff is very friendly and it is very clean. My husband doesn't worry about me going there by myself. I feel safe.
This was the best Lau dramatic I've ever been to! It was very clean. The ladies working were extremely kind and thoughtful. They even brought in donuts for the little ones running about! The machines didn't smell like mildew. The wifi worked well. There was a little are for the kids to play. Loved it.
