Let me just say that that store is a complete joke. I recently called Murphy corporate to make a complaint about a nasty aggressive employee that was totally unprofessional and disrespectful, I was assured by the corporate complaint department that they would check the camera footage to confirm the incident. The following day police showed up to my residence to say that I was trespassed from the property and would be arrested if I returned. Lol I just wanted to say that it’s really convenient that not 2 hours after my original complaint the police showed up. They are pretty good at covering up incidents instead of handling them properly. The complaint time was before the police?!?! Stay away from the store. This original issue was over a broken cigar that they sold me 45 seconds prior to the employee was so rude.
Take my word , all the negative reviews are 100% correct this is the worst gas station that I've been to in the last 20 years within 200 miles of Charlotte, I travel extensively for my employment and the other Murphy USA stations are ten times better. My sound advice is steer clear and avoid this location completely. It's obvious the owner doesn't care about negative reviews and bad customer service so nothing will ever change, all they care about is getting your money and sending you on your way, worthless RUDE employees and a bigger worthless Owner.
The pass three times I've filled up with Diesel my vehicle will not start.. I have to wait and keep trying it. I believe there is something wrong with the Diesel, be careful, but I can go anywhere else and no problem...
We were able to fuel up and be on the go. Since the above post, I visited this place again and decided to give it a 5 star rating due to the diligence of the Assistant Manager, Kat.. She went above and beyond to help me. She was so friendly and deserves a gold star from Murphy's. While I was pumping gas, she was hosing the area down. Then I walked over to the store, made my purchase and went back to my truck. When I pulled out she was hosing down the area again. Great job Kat.

This place is a joke !!!!! They close at 11pm I work across the street and time after time I go over there around 8:30pm or 9pm and they have everything shut down and the worker locks herself in the bathroom behind the store for the last hr or two of work could be the only reason I would think ! Because it says open even at the window I’m the front so I know who ever is working is post to be there till 11pm and it’s rediculose I can’t stand the world we live in
Waste of time! We were traveling thru the area and stopped here because of price and when we arrive we so that it was different price for cash than credit card. We didn't care and tried the credit card, took a few tries, then it read it but when pressing the button to select the grade of gas nothing happened. Decided to try another pump. But this one said it couldn't process credit cards. We left. Have your cash handy.
Great gas, snacks, and customer service.
WTH is with these southern gas stations not allowing 24 hr pumping with credit cards? I even have Walmart+! To hell with this.
Terrible customer service. Who gets mad at somebody for wanting their money back after receiving terrible customer service twice in a row. I will never come back here!!!!! Wish i could rate this zero stars. This incident happen Wednesday December 2nd around 5:30 pm
