The truck that I rented served its purpose. The process was smooth. BUT the Front desk agents: 1/10. I did not feel welcomed. It’s not about the product, but the service. Very disappointing.
U-Haul at Oakwood installed the Trailer hitch package on my truck which includes the trailer hitch, ball, pin, and wiring. The whole thing took three hours. A week later I am at a different U-Haul hooking up a trailer in another state, when I find out that the trailer wiring was done wrong. Very disappointed because there was nothing I could do except buy a new part. I called the location and was told they would not refund unless I brought the wires back to the same store location, which I explained was not possible in the middle of a move. So if you get the wiring installed there make sure they check it in front of you before you leave.
This is the best uhaul experience I’ve ever had. The agents are fast and friendly. This is the only location I will be using from now on.
Worst customer service ever. I've been calling for 45 minutes to add to our pre-existing reservation but the staff keeps putting me on hold and forgetting about it. They're rather cold and unprofessional as well... I get that it's Friday buy come on.
At no 4 westbank express wasn't very helpful. We had a reserved uhaul and they canceled it without any help really except a number to call to locate another uhaul. I don't get it...we had it reserved and just canceled it. They had called my old man number but he didn't have mins to get the call so I wasn't satisfied :/
The worst customer service ever!! I rented a truck yesterday using a card . The original total was $76 with this card they added a $30 deposit charge, cool. I asked if I could drop it off at any location she said yes whichIdid. I went under the charging milage rate, when I received the truck it was under 1/4 of gas when, dropped it off the tank was at half. I returned it less than 9hours now I'm getting charged for 2 days!! I called it in to ask about the situation and explain. The lady hung up on me aggressively! I'm very not so pleased about the customer service there!!!
The young ladies behind the counter needs to learn how to be assertive and patient with the customers. After I asked a question one of them said something under their breath to the other and they both laughed. That was rude and nasty! I canceled my reservation and went somewhere else. So they loss a customer due to their lack customer service.

I understand that you must do you job dude outside But you didn’t have to be so rude about a parking spot that had no one in it ! The young lady inside had excellent customer service!!
I have rented thousands of dollars worth of equipment from u haul normally I am impressed with the customer service and very happy, but this is by far the worst u haul location i have ever dealt with and I would never recommend it to anyone. The staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to go someplace else.
