Being rude because it’s the end of the week and you just want to go home is one thing, I get it. But dehumanizing someone to the point where you nearly throw them out onto the street because of simply feeling disappointed because a reservation got set back 30 minutes is another. Customer service starts at the heart. If you have zero empathy then you’re simply offering a service and not an experience. I prefer businesses that offer both. We all must strive to be better. Everyday.
Really great experience with this location. The staff called ahead of time to make sure I knew how to check in virtually if needed. Super helpful overall!
