Can take large semi-trucks in the lot and has outdoor covered spots for recreational vehicles. Small 10×15 indoor nonclimate storage units. The Uhaul storage store has many useful items.
Drivers, their u box hours are 9-4. Easy in easy out. Could park here overnight. Dock on NW side of building.
Worse place ever, the store never answers the phone when I call or emails I tried for a month straight. I got a email saying my storage was paid 2 weeks later, I get a email saying it wasn't paid and been charged 20 dollar late fee. Then I get another email saying it was paid again tried paying it online through my account, but it said I didn't have a storage. So tried calling the store for the tenth time no answer. I called the corpate number they said it was paid and I couldn't pay anything . A week after that got another email saying it wasn't paid. Called the store again the the and what a surprise no answer called 10 more times no answer. So called corporate again they said it was paid. 2 weeks after that another email saying it was paid the. Next day another email saying it wasn't paid. And now my balance is 199.99 for two months late fee and lean fee.
The wait time is ridiculous and the simple fact that there’s not a marked area for waiting is absurd. I had four people walk in front of me. I was there for 20 minutes and nobody stopped them from cutting in line. Nobody said a word not to mention, when I went to go pick up my vehicle, they gave me the keys to the wrong one. On top of using their app I still had to talk to somebody in order to get my keys which that whole process took another 15 minutes, so what’s the point of the app?
Don't ever schedule an appointment online as their website will give an appointment time 4 hours before their techs are in! Went in for a trailer hitch installation and they were like oh well we aren't with the IT department! I did get a refund but now I have to look somewhere else to get it installed Wasted my morning!
Uhaul is one of those businesses that seems to only be around because there are very few alternatives. They’re always jammed packed, never any help available, slow as molasses and no sense of urgency. After hours doesn’t answer and when you call in for customer service you wait on hold only to be kicked to voicemail after 10 minutes. With the exception of having fairly clean storage facilities, they’re literally the worst at everything. Once you get past their terrible systems, slow computers and lack of help, you’re in the clear.
When I first got there one of the guys was very rude and said he couldn't find my reservation then he went in the back and said his general manager said I don't have a reservation so I ended up calling the U-Haul corporate number and they told me to hold on a minute while she checked some information now she had my reservation number on her screen so I ended up having to go out to the lot to find the general manager Gabe who came back inside and if the guy would have scroll down a little bit farther on his screen he would have seen my reservation the general manager helped me out got everything together then when the first guy drove the truck around because we were videoing the truck he said they already know the damage that is done to it but we wanted the video and take pictures before we left the truck was dirty inside but because I was on a time frame with the person I asked to help me move we just took it to the house and I cleaned it when we got there but we took pictures of it the truck we had was having transmission problems it was hard to go in reverse we finished the move and took the truck back up and talk to the manager a different manager and he gave me $10 off my original price which I thought was very fair I have a u box going to Arizona they made me feel a lot better but I know on the 25th if everything is okay cuz they're delivering it to Arizona....
If I could give it -10 stars I would. Confirmed my appt for 1PM got there 10 mins early. 30 min customer wait line to even check in. Hitch install took 4.5 HOURS. Was told it would take 1 hour and 15 mins. Had to wait for my car the whole time. Every customer that came in was unhappy customer service is terrible here. Terrible. Wait times are insane. Avoid this place.
This place is terrible. The key drop box is hidden on the side of the building in place of a window spend 15-20 minutes driving around looking for it and no matter how many times I call they won’t answer. Terrible setup and customer service.
Called over the weekend to schedule a hitch installation. Was told to drop off at 9am on Wednesday. Gave my info and rearranged my schedule to make that work. Showed up at 8:55am on Wednesday and was told I'm not in the system and I'd have to wait for the hitch guy. Okay no big deal I guess when will he be in? A few minutes. 35 minutes later I finally go back up to the desk and ask if the hitch guy has arrived and I'm simply told nope. I'm sorry but if you can't even take appointments properly or have decent customer service I'm definitely not letting you touch my car.
