Rob was my rep today. Not only was he EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating on the phone but was friendly and professional when I dealt with him at the store. The Madison Heights location has been my "Go-To" location, Rob is yet another great reason to keep coming back.
If you're looking for amazing customer service ask for Rob!!! He's literally the nicest guy I've ever met. His voice is soothing not to mention he's hilarious! 10/10 only use this U-Haul and only ask for Rob
Caleb and the team there helped at the last minute on the busiest day of the month. These guys went out of there way to make sure I had a vehicle for my move. Exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend this location!
Rob was friendly engaging and attentive when I came in to pick up and drop off my vehicle. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and in making sure each customer truly enjoys their experience. He even had me laughing a couple times in our short interaction, give that man a raise!

Had an excellent experience renting a moving van from this location -easily the smoothest truck rental experience I've ever had. The pricing was fair, the truck was super clean and ran perfectly and all of the staff was friendly both on the pick up and the drop off. Very pleased!
Rob was professional and courteous. He made my reservation pickup a breeze and made sure to answer all of the questions I needed help with. Highly recommend working with him! 10/10
The Staff was wonderful and nice! The van we got was great, clean, and easy to drive. Drop off was even an easy process! Would recommend this location to anyone!
Very ignorant and disrespectful representative inside the store. Spoke to my wife with a snappy attitude also spoke to me with a snappy attitude. All while she was speaking ignorantly she was looking and using her blue phone. Just completely rude and unprofessional. Stated that she was the district manager. Her name was Rachel. However I worked with Rob in the end and he was very nice.
Rob was absolutely amazing. Very friendly, explained things well, prepared vehicle and trailer for us. We will definitely be back for all our moving needs. 5 stars
