I just have to say these guys Brant and gal Lindsay were fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure my hitch install went smoothly and were so nice. It’s really rare to get this level of customer service anymore and I was impressed. Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it. Definitely recommend the Countryside location.
A bit pricey but convenient with truck and pod rentals. Pleasant staff, clean, temperature moderated. I was not impressed by the confusion between operable storage hours when I rented there. It is only suggested to go during office hours as this is not a 24-hour location. Overall, would rent here again if I needed to.
Your online check-in process is a bit difficult to use if the person checking in is not the driver of the vehicle. It asked for my picture, and drivers license and then told me I can't drive because I have a restricted license. Which I knew so I had another driver. And I was told to start all the way over completely with his information except for his phone number because the rental was tied to mine. It created confusion and made the check in longer than it needed to be. And this is the second time this has happened in about a year. Other than that everything was awesome. Still giving 5 stars.
So you have an amazing staff that will bend over backwards for their customers. I’m a manager and a 24 year partner at Starbucks and I wish we had people at my store like your staff
Awfully expensive for some boxes, but they will buy unused ones back. They were so slow. I knew exactly what I wanted and I stood waiting for help for at least 20 minutes at the counter. The parking lot for normal customers is so small and the spots are almost unusable because they are grouped so close together.
The facility is very clean and secure! I feel very good about storing my stuff here. Free use carts makes it easy for me to unload stuff.
What started out as a good day gone bad, was resolved in a timely manner with no issue. I visited them for a trailer hitch install, and upon driving home on the highway, my passenger side tail light fell out and shattered all over the highway. I returned home and called them, this was on a Saturday, and they quickly alerted the manager and had me send photos for documentation. The timing wasn't the greatest, as I'm just a visitor here, so I did have to source out a tail light faster than they were able to on their end. Understanding of my situation, they agreed to reimburse me 100% for all charges and were very kind about it. The whole process took about 10 days. I'm happy that they gave me no trouble when I presented them with a problem, and they handled it professionally and timely. I'm only gonna give 4 stars because forgetting to screw in a tail light is kind of a no brainer mistake, but we are all human after all. I do still recommend going here for all your storage/hitch installation needs.
This place is very clean, safe and worth the small trip outside of town. Highly recommended
Dude this place is awesome, however it could use some A/C since it's inside. Other then that great place to store your stuff
The staff here were so kind and went out of their way to provide help after we sat in a wreck on I-80 for nearly 3 hours. They checked and topped off fluids, gave us cold water, and helped us get back on the road with recommendations for food options nearby. They felt like lifesavers during a difficult trip - thank you so much! Would definitely recommend this location!
