Worst experience ever. First, left a voicemail inquiring about cost and truck availability, and they never called me back. Second, the next day when I still had not heard from them and called again and did reach them, I told the representative I was brand new to trunk rentals, and they *never* mentioned the per mile fee. Third, they never instructed me what to do when I dropped off the vehicle, and because the back of the truck was unsecured I went to the extra effort of lifting a heavy hand truck and blanket into the locked cab section to make sure it was secured. Fourth, they never called to confirm receipt of the truck and the key, or to thank me for securing their moving materials, and fifth, the per mile fee for a move of a 12 minute drive effectively *doubled* the original estimate I was given. When I proactively called the next day to make sure that everything was OK, I was absolutely floored at the price and told him he never mentioned the per mile fee. He ignored my shocked complaints and kept repeating that he thought he did. The representative made absolutely no effort whatsoever to take responsibility for their error and misrepresentation of the cost. If you are new at truck rentals like I am, ASK ABOUT A PER MILE FEE - plus, with the lack of responsive customer service I would *never* choose these folks again. What a terrible experience.

Very nice guy at the front desk believe name is Bill, we made reservations for a 15' truck because that's exactly size I needed, I got a text this morning that we need to pick up truck in WV and not in Purcellville, VA as agreed, since I was close to location where I made my reservation I decided to pass by and check with Bill, very politely he said "we gave your truck to someone else but we got a truck on the other side of the mountain and is a 10' by the way", plus he said and "you'll have to return it there as well", moving east why would i go west to pick and return truck?, got 11' long pieces to move, how will they fit on a 10' truck? I don't know what else to say about this whole experience

Phil was great. Also reasonable prices on boxes. Not much different then Home Depot. Very good Uhaul experience.
