U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

Had problems every step of the way. This dealer wanted a $100 deposit, wouldn't accept my friends debit card for actual expected usage 7 miles total. When I returned vehicle, before closing, girls in the office would not close out the ticket. Had to return Monday morning to avoid $20 fee. The gentleman I dealt with Monday was very helpful. If possible, I would never use this dealer again.

Reserved a truck. Was given with false gas information and wrong picture verification. As I parked on the side street to take pictures I wanted to cancel the order and was told that I "left" the facility and will be charged the amount of daily rental for that 5 minutes that I was busy to dispute pictures and gas. Shame of service

Superb service from Cindy... I dealt with her on three different occasions and she solved system errors and other issues with total competence and a very friendly demeoner. Van was new and clean.

This place is very shady with their rentals. The staff members will cancel your online reservation and will have you sign new reservation papers which takes about 15-20 minutes as they don’t really seem to know what they are doing. After dropping off the van after 4 hours you may or may not get a receipt in my case, I didn’t and if you do, it would look like this. No breakdown of cost or fees whatsoever so quite confusing how it ended up being $80 for less than 4 hours of moving within 4 mile radius and returning the car with more gas than originally provided with. Update: I received a phone call from the business asking to remove the review because they were going to issue a refund for something I should have not been charged at first place. The charges still remain on my account and the breakdown of charges with full invoice was never provided. That being said, they proved yet again how little they care about the service they provide

Don't bother making a reservation, they will call you less than 24 hours before and tell you they have no trucks. And by call, I mean they will text you asking you to call them. Reserved a truck on Monday for Saturday and now it's almost 2pm the day before and I'm left scrambling to find a new truck. Do you have any trucks available? No. What's the point of making a reservation? I can't answer that. Change your name from U-Haul to U-Aint-Hauling-Anything-With-Us

People who use this business for their package receivable should be very careful. I have personally lost three package at its facility. When I confronted the employees, they said that FedEx has already retaken package back to their facility. I contacted FedEx and they said the package was delivered to that place of business. I went back to confront the employees and they said they have no record of that package. The package was clearly received by one of their employee because they sign for it. It's either that the employees are stealing the package or the place is horribly disorganized. I would advise anyone to not use this place for the package receivable.

This is by far the best place to rent your Uhaul from. When I needed one in a pinch without a rsvp, the owner showed me love and called me when one was brought back early. The staff here are nice and very easy going, they also have mailbox rentals and printing services. Check them out today and tell them I sent you

After previously using Budget I really enjoyed dealing with Uhaul. Very nice V8 truck, easy check in and out.

Do not come here to use a Uhaul truck or anything else. They simply do not have the knowledge, experience or customer service skills to help you accomplish a move. My partner & I recently moved & had to cancel everything after two days of trying to negotiate things with them. They didn't have what we reserved & tried to blame problems they had within their business on us. Completely unprofessional on the phone & in person. We ended up using the Uhaul off Rodeo Rd. instead, they had everything we needed & were very professional & polite. You have been warned.

WARNING! BAD service. Long WAIT. They circle INSURANCE even if you reserve with Uhaul Center without Insurance. Since we don't always read the contract, we are charged by TRICK! I reserved a truck for 10:00AM, May 1st. yesterday. I arrived to location at 9:45AM hoping to start papers and get going. I had to WAIT AN HOUR before truck arrived. I left the location at 11:00AM. They didn't have the truck and had to wait for one to arrive. When I made my reservation with Uhaul Center I asked to rent without INSURANCE. This center ignored my reservation and by TRICK charged me $14.00 for INSURANCE I didn't need bc I have an umbrella insurance. Unprofessional, Unreliable, Unethical, Careless of others but only looking to make money and ignore aggregations they create.
