Ive used this location a few times and while getting a truck is easy enough, I am overcharged every time. It feels like general practice. They will change your online order allowed mileage or quoted daily charges and just charge what they want. I received a refund each time but it requires calling head office. I recommend checking the receipt before you leave the lot and take photos of the mileage and gas level. Both times they marked the gas level as higher than it was.
Ohana uhaul was again a great experience, our second time rental Great service and people were super friendly answered all my questions and concerns, we are thankful for a no stress experience you again!! Melody and Ian
I did a one way trip from London and dropped off at this location on Sunday. I fought with the uhaul app for 45 minutes....and lost. I phoned this location later in the day and they were so very helpful. I would absolutely go back to this location whenever renting equipment. I will never use the on line app again or the 1-800 number. Some people like the "old-fashioned" human to human way with a Canadian, who knows we have provinces and that picking up a truck in Barrie IS NOT the same as picking it up in London. Ohana U-Haul is the best U-Haul customer service I've had since renting the vehicle Friday. Thank you very much!
McKenzie does a great job getting me set up and on my way - very efficient and helpful!
I booked my rental 3 weeks in advance but on the day there were no blankets or utility dollies that I had requested. Their response was too bad and didn't really care. The big red flag was when I picked up there was someone saying they were overcharged and then when dropping off again someone was there to complain about overcharging. I received my receipt several hours later by email and I too was overcharged. I have filed a complaint with head office as the girl in the Collingwood location diid not care. My booking contract was totally changed for the receipt and I recommend printing off all details when dealing with this location. I would go somewhere else!
This location was great to deal with Mackenzie was who I dealt with. Her knowledge was great and her customer service skills are just incredible. Nice to see someone with a smile and genuine attitude in customer service these days.. Thanks and keep up the great work. Highly recommend

Picked a truck up after hours and the process was very easy. The app for U haul was not good at all, but this location cannot control the app…. However, I called the location and spoke with the rep and she was SUPER helpful providing info!! Truck was clean and the communication with the location was great. Would absolutely use the service again if needed!!
