Needs another worker in the morning, specially in the morning when people are willing to be the first one to pick up equipment.  They are very help, the equipment is clean and ready to use. When you returning the equipment they always helpful, and give you an stimate for the day of used. I always will recommend this location at 100% when do you need equipment to moved, that can be one day or two.

The young lady who was assisting in my check in was extremely rude and let her feelings of annoyance be known. The transaction should have been smooth but she made it unbearable as she was pushy and continued to sigh and roll her eyes every time I was looking at a prompt on the screen as if I’m just going to sign anything without reading or even check if my information was correct. I understand it’s a busy Saturday morning with a heavy flow of customers but I was in no hurry. I won’t be coming back to this location.

5/14/23 Today we rented a truck for 2:15 and forgot his name but he's a white dude with orange hair.  He was cool and polite, helpful and respectful. He even tried helping us after hours even when the other girl said that it was 5 , they were closed and they couldn't "help us". He came outside to offer us assistance when we were trying to follow the return process from outside. He tried to help us get it figured out and he should be promoted or given a raise at least he went out of his way that his other co worker couldn't do for us. Not that she had too but the thought counts. He saved us time and we will be back. Other girl was so-so just needs to work on her fooshy-face

Don't rent from this store. Trucks are very poorly maintained and not clean. Windshields are filthy. Employees were lazy and made errors on my bills could be intentionally. Overall, U-Haul long distance trucks are extremely uncomfortable, old, and not reliable. Their marketing tactics are sleazy and aggressive. To have a safe and pleasant moving experience, do not use U-Haul.

POOR SERVICE. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Only 1 person in the register. There was a lady that could've helped her employee out but just walked outside and stood on her phone. I would not recommend coming to this location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Really cool people there. I will definitely use this location again

Terrible experience. The attendant was uncourteous, unprofessional, and looked as if they had just rolled out of bed. The attendant asked me for a emergency contact and I told him I didn't have one to give. The attendant then stated they wouldn't be able to finalize the rental without an emergency contact, I asked him why and then asked to see the policy requiring an emergency contact in order to finalize the rental agreement. The attendant said their manager instructed them so. I then asked to speak to the manager and the attendant gave me their card. I grabbed the card and the attendant then stated "you don't have to grab it so hard or something to that affect". I told him to just finalize the rental. The attendant then stated "I reserve the right not to service you or something to that affect" I then grabbed my DL and walked out. All in all I lost a out 30mns of my time since enterprise rental was close by.  Never going back to this U-haul.

Takes them about 10 min to handle one car. By far the slowest uhaul I’ve seen. Come with patience because they are beyond slow. Took an hour since in line to get a truck I was renting for a couple of hours.

I made a reservation for a Wednesday at 7:00 a.m., for a 15 foot truck. I got there a little after 5:00 a.m. I traveled from out of town by bus. There were at least 5 15 foot trucks parked at the location. I went on line to see if I couldn't change my pickup time for 5:30 a.m. I was supposed to be able to take the truck even if the business was closed. I was supposed to go online and somehow get the key for the truck without anyone but myself involved. When online it only gave me the option to change my appointment for 10:00 a.m. or later. I called them on the phone. I could not change my appointment so I waited to 7:00. I logged in. I got a message saying that my reservation had been changed to 10:00 a.m. because someone had to hand me the keys. I called U-Haul. I was told I needed to go to another location if I wanted to pick up the truck earlier. Then I was told that there were no trucks available. Don't make a reservation, it is pointless. And read every text they send you, it is not to confirm your reservation, it is to tell you that your reservation time and location was changed. They will change your reservation time and location at least once everyday.

Servicing attitude was bad! There was a combination lock they accidently put on the back door of the truck and forgot to remove. I called for 30 mins, and no one pick up the phone. I need to spend extra time drive the truck all the way back to the store to get the lock opened. Extremely unprofessional behaviors that wasted my time!!!!
