I use these Guys quite often. And the customer service is great. I also got a free month rental on a storage unit. Staff helped me get situated fast and with ease. Definitely use these guys for your moving and storage needs. 5 stars!!!
I was overcharged street returning the equipment. The odometer was incorrectly marked on the rental documentation and I made the staff aware. I was reassured it would be corrected on file and NOT charged to me, as long it was at near 3/4th of the tank initial starting point. Though I replaced and added MORE gas than was initially there, I was charged I called with my concerns and though the lady was kind, patient, and stated to apply the reimbursement I never received it. Fraudulence!
The staff here were awesome. Whenever I had a question about a storage unit they were always willing to help. I wouldn’t recommend any other moving company. These guys know their stuff and get the job done.
I don’t know to be honest… I’ve asked this place multiple times to close out my storage unit that I moved out of before rent would be due for another month. A few days later it’s still active with late rent and next months rent due… Also did a previous move with mid 90s weather out and was given a truck with no a/c… smh
Trailer dimensions are outside the wheels dimensions. A 5 foot wide trailer will only accommodate a 4’3” item. Buyer beware. These guys are the kings of false advertising.
I paid for 16 hours and got charged $100 for the two days however I returned the U-Haul within the same day so I deserve at least my other $50 back instead of being crooks
Mid way on my trip from Nashville to Salt Lake City, I had an issue with my trailer lights not working and got worried it might significantly delay my trip. Cody helped me resolve the issue in 5 mins after I showed up. Excellent customer service!
The only pleasant thing was the young lady behind the desk. The truck that the gentleman brought out is so bad, I wouldn't let my mother leave in it. Let alone let a stranger. Then to hear him tell his excuses, please. I'm just the driver, and I'm not happy. No way will I ever rent a vehicle or anything else from this place. If you like to worry if you're going to make it or not. Or, if you like being lied to, then this is the place. How anyone could put people's lives at stake like this is beyond me. Only reason gave one star, is because couldn't give 0. If you're going to work in customer service, don't lie.
Ricky and his team have been amazing to work with. Our company rents from them weekly and the equipment is always is great shape and the team members are ready to help.
Joe & his team, sorry I forgot names, went above & beyond to get us what we needed!
