The worst service ever!! Do not trust if you make a reservation for pickup truck that it will be kept even though there is a confirmation number, used my Visa to pay and entered my driver license information. Went to pick up truck and was told no reservation, then after a huge debate the reservation was acknowledged but didn't have a truck available, except in Port Townsend., then told could get a Van so reluctantly agreed to that. When returning to pick up Van on BI was told the Van was in Poulsbo! Rental was for 10am now after 11am. HORRIBLE service and complete waste of the morning because of Sportsman's U-Haul server dealer. Don't trust your online confirmation even if you have a confirmation number from Sportsman's!! NO Stars!
Go here if you want your reservation to be canceled THE DAY BEFORE. Called corporate and found out someone from this location pushed our reservation to the day after, and made it look like we were a no-show. I never leave reviews, but this was just wild.
The U-haul Experience! I have rented U-hauls across the country and have moved multiple times here in WA and this is the best office and renters experience I have had. The trucks are always new, in excellent working condition and they share with you the unique operational tips and tricks. The trucks are always clean and in great working order. Highly recommended
Bainbridge Island U-Haul has wonderful customer service. Today, they went out of their way to correct a overbooking by the national U-haul call center. I would recommend that you verify that you are speaking to the local agent when you call. If the local office is closed or the line is busy it redirects you to the national center. You will want to confirm with the folks on Bainbridge.

Janice,has helped us the majority of time over twenty years of moves, and the annual Bainbridge island Rotary Auction . She has always gone the extra mile to helpus, and make surethat we were satisfied and happy with Uhaul, there are always dog treats and a candy jar. I always recommend Uhaul to anyone with an upcoming move. .
Don’t expect uhaul to follow through with their ‘guarantee’ of having the equipment available that you requested. Horrible customer service.
They get it right and make sure you have the right truck at the right location. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and will definitely use them again.
