This is a robbery, you never see the face of the lady, you have to call by phone and she gave you the instructions, very vague. For returning was the same, she asked me to leave the car in a yard and then she charged my credit card with that amount she wanted without asked me, she never saw the car and now she is telling the car was dirty when it was not. I never receive any receipt, so my bank now can't cancel the transaction since they say is legit. I am going to report them to the BBB for sure
TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. DO NOT RENT HERE. They are EXTREMELY rude, unhelpful, and liars! They also barely ever have trucks in stock and are completely misleading. The truck was filthy!! Awful business.

Wow - this is hands down the most unprofessional business ever! totally second rate . Do not rent from them. I had a guaranteed reservation that was not met timely. The manager of this facility was completely obnoxious … I actually think she answers her phone from home as I heard screaming children /TV in the back ground and she sounded a bit tipsy … Also , her mail box was full every time I called ? so , could not even leave a message . …… I will be reaching out to uhaul to let them know the details of my experience , because this dealer sheds a negative light on an otherwise respectable company .
The truck was old and all over the road but it got the job done at the right price. The best part was the ice cold ac and strong brakes. The worst was the steering wheel that would not drive straight and the 6 MPG i got.
STAY AWAY, do not do business here. Less than 24 hours my reservation was cancelled as they had no truck. I called this location and a rude lady unable to type your phone number because "These are to many numbers to look into your account", who is unable to spell, Yeah, the incompetence, lack of customer support skills, and absolutely rude person is the type of people that work here. If she didn't care about your business, WHY SHOULD YOU CARE TO GIVE THEM YOURS? Let them go out of business, so they can get another job and at least be useful for a different types of species.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. We scheduled online pick up for a trailer, even called u-haul the day before to confirm all is well with the reservation. Husband gets there at 9 am our scheduled time no one there... 9:20 no one there, 9:40.. no one there. We tried calling the numbers multiple times. Finally, I Google Al's auto service number directly around 9:55. Rude, man answers not wanting to help me, but begrudgingly gives me the number to the person who should be helping me. That person never answers, so I call Al's number back to ask for more help .. tells me that the person should be there by now, but says to just take any trailer we want and send photos via text to the number he gave me and they would send all paperwork later, my husband was on the phone with u haul directly at that time and u haul said that we are absolutely not to do that and that if he gets pulled over he will possibly get arrested and if he got into an accident it wouldn't be covered even though we purchased additional insurance.husband still in thus parking lot at 10:20 Luckily, u haul was able to rebook us at the location on Okeechobee even though it was so out of the way for same day pick up and that location was easy peezy. Soooo do yourself a favor and avoid this dump of a business with poor customer service who has still yet to contact us about the mishap!! and just head to the other location.
HE'S A RIP OFF ARTIST! He also threatened to fight me when I called to tell him that I was over charged! I only gave it 1 star because you have to choose at least one! I rented a U-Haul from the location at Al's Auto Repair and the gentleman I use that term loosely was very abrasive right out of the gate. When I called to get a truck he said he wasn't in yet even though he was already open according the the posted hours. He said he was on his way and would call me when he got there, which was like an hour later. He asked me how long I needed the truck for when I picked it up and told him "I don't know, 6 hours. Don't you get it for the whole day?" This was at 11 AM and he closes at 4. So even if it was for 6 hours, it would have made it for a night drop off regardless. So I brought it back later that evening and he charged me for 2 days because I dropped it off in the night drop. I called him the next morning when I got my invoice emailed and he said that because I didn't bring it by 4 which he agreed that I would have to drop it off after hours in the night box, which I did that it added another day. When I told him that is bad business, he said to me "ARE YOU TELLING ME HOW TO RUN MY BUSINESS? WHY DON"T YOU COME DOWN HERE AND SAY THAT TO MY FACE", I said are you threatening to fight me and he said take it as you will! My advice is DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!
BEWARE!! This location will FRAUDULENTLY charge your card with fake made up fees. I used the key drop off service after hours, the next day they charged me $25.00 as a cleanup fee, when I spoke to the representative she said she found a pen and lighter in the truck which is not true because upon drop off there was nothing there. She was extremely rude and the whole experience was a nightmare. They obviously don't get much clientele so they find numerous ways to scam customers.
DISCRIMINATION to the ULTIMATE I called today to reserve a moving truck, and the woman to answered the phone said that she won’t give me a service because of my accent. First time in 23 year living in USA that someone won’t give me a service because of my accent. Chica!! you won’t last in business for too long. God Bless America
