U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

This is the second time I have rented a truck at A to Z. I will continue to use this location for any U-Haul needs. Friendly, timely and efficient.

Normally don’t do reviews, too lazy. But worthy of it. In short, there was a mishap with the Uhaul, rented a van. They accidentally charged extra, but I came by the next day & they fixed it. Honest mistake, though had me worried! Ha! They were cool with, I was lil confused and slightly worried, super tight on funds... 2020. All is good & ok. Just take precautions & etc. And thanks guys

Rented a U-haul from A to Z Auto Center on a Saturday. I was slightly nervous using a "U-haul neighborhood dealer" instead of an actual U-haul retailer, but I was pleasantly surprised. The service was quick and easy. Staff was very helpful and everything went smoothly. Will definitely use this facility again if in need of a U-Haul.

HIGHLY recommend! My husband and I had rented a truck with a different company before coming here. They were short with us, overcharged us, the truck was filthy, & on top of all this...the truck wouldn’t start. We asked for a refund and headed to the nearest U-Haul dealer in a panic. When we arrived they didn’t have the truck size we needed, but Toni and the staff at A To Z Auto Center all jumped on the phone & called all-over STL on our behalf until they found a truck for us. Thanks A to Z!

Be aware. If you rent a truck at 8:00a.m. For the day they will call you 6 hours later and say they rented the same truck to someone else and that you need to bring it back by 3:00 the same day or they are going to charge you for another day since they would have to cancel the other persons rental. This place is a scam. Sure enough when I got my bill they charged me for two days even though I returned the truck at 6:30 the same day.

Planned a move over a holiday weekend, not a smart choice, but U-Haul was the only place to guarantee a truck. Had issues getting the truck at the promised time, but the staff here found us a truck in STL, and got us taken care of. Thanks!

Rented a U-Haul truck there twice. Great service and really pleasant to work with. The only problem I had was the second U-Haul I got did smell pretty bad of smoke, but it was very clean. I can't fault them too much for how the customers treat the trucks.

This location no longer has a Uhaul. Still have a sign up, still on Goohle maps. Irritating to have wasted a trip.
