I have rented from these guys probably a half dozen times and always had a great experience. Seth especially was very helpful, figuring out how to connect the trailer to my pickup even though I didn't have the tow-ball. And the owner Dillon is a great guy, honest businessman.They make things about as easy as they can be.

Great service. Trucks are always clean. Seth calls U back when U leave a message. Have been renting from U Haul It ever since Dillon took over the business. Always have had great, reliable service.

seth was really nice! he has the best costumer service for moving company in the valley. he was really helpful and made my moving experience much easier. you can really depend on him for having the truck and equipment ready when you need it.

Just wanted to thank Sergio for providing a stress free moving day! The truck was clean, marked of previous damage and ready to go on time. I will definitely use you again in the Fall. Charged me for “Large scratches down the side”  . I had photos to prove otherwise, but they told me since they had already charged it I would have to go to uhaul corporate. Luckily I had bought the insurance so it was a 150 dollar charge, but it was a scam nonetheless. You’re better off buying a truck in an alley off Craigslist that dealing with these predators.

Absolute Nightmare No one working there. They booked me for the wrong times for pick up and the van I needed wasn’t available. They booked me for a new 15’ box truck and there were no keys in the box. They charged me twice and still didn’t have a vehicle to use. Maybe if you can catch the guy who works there this place is good, but otherwise, avoid using the online system or dealing with them at all.

Nobody there to check you in so afraid of getting fined for damages done after we dropped off in an unsecured lot. Also, no walk around at time of rental. If you just need a truck or van for rent, this will do

Worst uhaul experience ever by a mile. One star is very generous. I wasted 3 hrs and never did get a truck. Terrible customer service on the 800 number too.

Great costumer service and friendly staff. Highly recommend this rental facility
