Be aware of over charges, make sure your truck is clean or at least have them acknowledge the truck is dirty and has food from previous renter under the seats before leaving. If there's not a full tank beware... Beware of mileage... Make sure you don't get a bunch of extra charges after you leave the store. They also do not like to have to follow their "guarantee" policy $50 guarantee was given a v8 instead of a V6 gas is insane ... This is a borderline fraudulent operation. Just go to warrenton or Gearhart is what I was told by customer service. I've been busy and they just made everything more of a hassle. Just be aware! Don't be too trusting like me...

Simple process to quickly check out a van. Friendly and helpful staff. A bit pricey compared to others because of zero miles included in the base price but acceptable, I guess, for short distances.

I called in advance to make sure i could pick it up the night before they said online check in and of course, it's all ready for you . I stop on my way to get uhaul, absolute disaster. They are in a hold but you have to go up the street to the car wash to get service in order to check in. Then ni keys were left and they charged my card already as i sit in my car all night until they open at 9am so i can get the key. NICE

1 completely unprepared staff member, reserved 3 weeks ago, been here over an hour, now standing in the pouring rain trying to help staff hook up the tow. Wrong truck which is a potential liability... Not the "upgrade" it's being labebled as.

If you need to rent a truck or van, this place is fine and the employees are accommodating. If you want to store anything, I suggest you look elsewhere. There are more secure, updated, and cleaner storage options in the area. If you're considering storing here, have a walk through first, and you'll most likely change your mind.
