U-Haul Storage

Terrible customer service. I never write reviews unless they are positive, but this establishment will not have me as a customer & you are wasting your time if you call. A man answered the phone & I don't even know what he said, but when I asked if this is the U-haul place, he rudely responded in a Latin American voice," What do you need." I told him I was a calling in hopes to talk to someone who could help me figure out what size trucks they offer and prices available and if I could please get a quote for what my family needs. He rudely states " We don't have anything right now." I explained that I wont be needing this until June, but was calling around to get quotes. Once again, he rudely states, "Call the 1-800 number." I know this is South Florida, but we are still in America & we don't talk to each-other that way. Customer service and a good work ethic is something that is valued & will keep your business coming back. Learn English & learn some customer service skills if you want a successful business.

The person that called me was extremely rude, told me that he didnt have my reservation even though I have an e-mail that says I do in that location with a reservation number. He said: Do you need a truck OR WHAT? terrible. Dont even try using them.

Not helpful at all over the phone. I would ever give my business to someone who doesn't know how to treat a customer.

Located at a very convenient location, right inside tge gas station. Very polite and helpful employees. Convenient pick up and drop off hours.

Hung up on me twice and had no information.

Do not waste your time in that Place. The customer service is a lack of respect, badly spoken. It is the worst place.

Very satisfied with the service in and out.
