Nice experience at this U-Haul Storage. We were about 10 min of closing time and manager helped in getting a truck to hit on-road. Firstly. they ignored that they cannot rent at 10-15min before closing mentioned that their policy.
Very polite and friendly staff. Great customer service. Even with the normal hiccups that come with moving. Made the entire process go really smooth.
LOSAKO to Mr. Williams, He were very kind and helpful I went to buy dozens of boxes to ship some stuff overseas DRC, Mr Williams carried all the boxes and loaded them into my car. Since then I always smile when I drive by the area . Vraiment que DIEU lui accord une long vie

Couple months ago I rented van to help move a friend's mattress. Staff was incredibly helpful and made it an easy and enjoyable process. They explained how to check out van, where to fill up upon return and how to check car back when done. Highly recommend
I rented a truck from this location and did not pick it up on time. I did not realize that they would give my truck away. I got no phone call or any warning that my truck would be given to someone else in one hour. He was condescending and told me if I knew the time. Called 1-800 Uhaul and they found me another truck in one hour. This Uhaul location is terrible. Go somewhere else.

My experience with the service I have received from this UHAUL location started from November 2020 to present date. From the beginning I have always received the best customer service from this amazing couple. Let me start by saying how polite and courteous Mr. and Mrs. Burke really and truly are. I had reserved a UHAUL truck back in 2020 and despite the mixup and error on my reservation, they delivered. Now I can’t say that anyone else or any other location would have done the same, but the way they took care of it really speaks highly of the service they provide. I’ve gone in for multiple things as little as a single box to information about a storage unit and every time they welcome me with a friendly smile. They also make sure to take care of each and every customer that walks in through that door and treat them like a new. Next time you visit Mr. and Mrs. Claus, I mean Burke, make sure to greet them with a smile and respect, and they too will greet you with that 10x more. They are my favorite couple and I am very grateful for people like them.
What a great place for your U-Haul needs. Friendly employees and very helpful. I have a brand new Dodge Ram pick-up and the right turn signal went out. The employee just so happened to have a fuse for the Dodge Ram. It requires a special size. What a life saver!!! Thank-You!!!! I'll be back!
