For those of you that read up on personal banking choices, go see Julie fang inside the branch on the corner of Gerald Ford and Date Palm. Very sharp young lady. She'll help you out with anything you need.
Cathedral City Location: 4/14/22 Only 1 teller on a Friday afternoon at 4:30. There were 11 people in line, and it took 15 minutes for the teller to wait on only 3 people. INEXCUSABLE BANKING POLICY. It's no wonder this location only has 2.7 stars!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! I wrote a check from MY PERSONAL ACCOUNT at another bank. The other bank did not transfer $$$ from my savings to the checking and my PERSONAL CHECK did not clear. for THIS,....the bank sends me a letter stating they CLOSED MY ACCOUNT. I called and got put through to three different people and then was told to call ANOTHER #. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BAD BAD BAD
NOT EVEN ONE STAR! This bank lies and steals. They issued 2 LARGE cashiers checks to my mom, said they would not expire, and now they are saying they were never issued when it's time to cash them. Time to get an attorney involved.
Went in on Saturday. Simple deposit. Trainee needed approval. Supervisor was too important to just approve it for him. I stood there for 10 minutes or more before she would just do it. Really not impressed with U.S.Bank.
Pack a lunch before you got to this bank. Never seen such awful service of a U.S. bank branch. Do their regional supervisors even read these reviews? A 2 star rating of 13 reviews?
Wish I could give no stars. It has been a huge mistake on my part to change over to this bank. They have severly limited my ability to deposit checks online and are not responsive to customer needs. Phone rings and rings no answer. Pathetic service.
If you bank with anyone else, don’t go here. They don’t serve non customers, nor Veterans who are not members. They referred me to Circle K for a money order!
The worst bank ever young tellers look like they don't even want to be there they're very rude and unprofessional and management doesn't do anything about it they need to get rid of all those girls there really really bad, and if them manager doesn't correct the issues they should get rid of them to.
Friendly employees quick service and never too busy your in out and done A+ bank
