I am not sure what is going on at the Camas Branch, but everything is a hassle. We have had our business and personal banking with them for 7 years now and seen a major decline in customer service. Do tellers even work here anymore? I come through the drive up and it takes 15 minutes to do a simple deposit. What happened to them processing your transaction at the window right then. Now they all run off. Are they so short staffed that they have 2 people running a branch. It's frustrating because I don't want to go through the hassle of moving all my personal and business accounts. I have turned to doing as much electronically as possible. I do want to shout out to Alex at this location. She is always smiling and very helpful. When I couldn't reach the manager or business banker she stepped up to help and it was very much appreciated. I hope US bank reads this and makes some changes to the only branch on this side of the county. Read the reviews, add stadd, everyone is frustrated.
At the Camas location they are always very helpful, kind, respectful, and knowledgeable.
They show know urgency what so ever. It should not take 30 min to deposit a check when you're 1 spot back. The wait is ridiculous. I hate coming here
So I’m not one to normally take time to write reviews but I’ve just about had it with US Bank. First off I want to say customer service at ALL US Banks is absolutely terrible. Whoever is training these employees needs to get a new job. I’ve had over 3 “customer service reps” hang up on me mid call. The reason I’m writing this review specifically to this bank is because I spoke to the branch manager here and she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I tried to deposit a mobile check from a family member and it bounced. They considered this “fraud.” Without any notice they decided to close all of my accounts. I have around 2k sitting in my primary account which is the majority of my funds that I have 0 access to for the next 3 weeks. So basically I have no way to get gas or food or anything for the next 3 weeks. All because I tried to deposit a check through my phone. I have had countless problems with US Bank charging my ridiculous fees. I would literally recommend ANY other bank other than US Bank. Semi glad they closed my account because I can’t wait to switch banks. So beware they will try anything in their power to take your money.
The only reason this bank has any stars is because you have to give one star and their employees have given reviews this place is a joke The first deposit I made an electronic deposit Always made available immediately at every other bank I have ever dealt with immediately was not available for two weeks because the manager couldn't understand or comprehend the transaction and it was a simple common one. Then I went in to deposit cash and they said they couldn't make the deposit I'm not sure if my cash was broken but I didn't want to listen to there filthy weak pitiful excuses any longer so we closed the account. We opened this to have a nationwide business account but we have always dealt with credit unions before and I have never had a single problem in my banking life with any of the credit unions I've dealt with iqcu and onpointcu are great you better stick with them
Angel Ascencio was very helpful over the phone. Long story short, he helped resolve an issue with money transfers to another banking institution. He resolved the issue promptly and seemed to genuinely care about my concern. Thanks again!
l've pull 3 personal accounts and will now pull my business account after banking with US Bank for 45 years. WHY, they charged me to get an electronic copy of a deposit slip and it all happened electronically in a couple seconds. Pay attention to those multi page letters they send you also, there's likely in small print new charges that will just start showing up on your statement. I resisted thinking the banks were greedy blood suckers but have finally seen them for what they really are.

The employees are great! The management is the worst I'v seen I will now after moving out this way be ending my five years of accounts with US Bank!
Its easy for them to say NO. They don’t care if customer is driving half an hour to visit their branch.
