US Bank, Cody Branch, best banking experience I have ever had. I'm old, and I have been with many banks and credit unions during my lifetime. Never really cared much for any of them, just banking, that's it. However, the staff at the Cody branch are top notch, The Best. Joshua and Jan are awesome. Great service with a smile is always what I receive. I actually look forward to the mundane tasks associated with personal banking. And it's because the staff at the Cody branch are a true pleasure to work with. Jan and Joshua are true pros and they are very kind to me and my wife when we stop by the drive through. US Bank, are you listening? Give them a raise and keep them forever...

I love my Us Bank in Cody Wyoming. I live 28 miles away and just do the drive because they have been that good to me. The staff at this bank could not be better people. They have literally bent over backwards for me! I would give them 10 stars if I could!
Joshua and all of the staff at this US Bank location are helpful, kind and efficient. I have been banking with US bank for ten years and have always had a great experience resolving any hiccups over the years. They prioritize their customers. They have done an outstanding job at balancing a new approach with helping customers through the drive thru due to their lobby being closed because of covid. The services they provide have not fallen victim to the pandemic as many other business’ have.
If I could give this bank a -10 I would. This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Cody branch personnel said they couldn't help me - would have to call the 800 number, I have spent a month trying to get my name changed and state changed on my account, have spent over 6 hours in 3 days on the 800 number with the worst customer service department I have ever experienced. I would never do business with the bank again.
I have banked with US Bank for years. This branch has limited hours for lobby access. Great staff!
Joshua has offered absolutely no help anytime I call with questions or an issue regarding my account.
