I visited this branch on yesterday. It was crowded with a wait. The woman security guard that was there was operating in such excellence. Professional, courteous and polite. She thanked us for waiting and cleaned the seats as people were getting up and sitting down. Then I get to the teller, a woman by the name of Shanique. She was just as professionally, courteous and polite. I have never in my life received such wonderful customer service from a group of women like this. It’s was beautiful! US Bank, these women need a raise and the security guard needs to be hired and promoted. Thank you ladies for blessing me!
What good is it to have a phone number attached to a business and never answer it? What sense does it make to have empty ATM’s except the lobby ATM and a homeless person is sleeping there? That’s a risk I’m not willing to take, God bless him.
Horrible customer service. The teller for the drive up had a bad attitude from the beginning. You should really consider evaluating your associates more often. They're not wearing name tags.
Beware. 6 days ago I noticed a huge payment to my US Bank credit that was completely unauthorized! Talked to customer support on the phone and apparently if you use the weekly payment method for paying a credit card then this can happen. No apology. No rushing to get my funds back due to their error! Nothing. I've been with this bank for years and this is complete nonsense. Now I'm scraping any funds I can to get my bills paid because of this amazing app. Once I get my credit card paid off I'm definitely switching to another bank credit and checking account.
I came to this branch because it’s the closest to me. I received so much discrimination from the teller Tina and Nia, if they gave me the correct names. I was trying to withdraw money out of my account and was told the funds was not available. I called customer service and they told me I can withdraw money from the branch because the funds are available. I came back and Nia told me that it didn’t clear on her end so I went to the ATM, and yes I got some of my funds. I than came back and I asked for my balance when I asked for my balance Tina said once she was caught in her lie. “It shows the money is in the account but we need to know where the money comes from”. If the money is available do your job and give me what I ask for that is not your job to go searching to see how I got my balance. I’m looking into a civil law suit. I was at this branch since 9am it is now 1pm.
Very BAD. I Normally conduct my business account at the Olympia Fields location. But, I've been to this location a few times; when in the area. There's a woman employee that came off VERRY Rude there. She wore NO name tag NOR did she introduce herself greet when she approached my child and I. Iasked for a Manager, she then walked us to her office. I sensed an Attitude from her so I had my daughter sit in the waiting area. It's Friday, my off day and I had NO intentions commuting to the bank during rush hour traffic. But my issue needed to be resolved due to bad service from a previous transaction that took place there. So I am dressed down. To some I may pass as my daughter big sister. But I am a mother before anything else. The woman facial expression showed that she had No interest in my issue. She didn't ask for my account information, name, etc. Nothing. She didn't even walk me out of her office. It's now gone from an issue to issues. Leaving me to patiently wait till Tuesday/Wednesday having to commute from my job Orland Park to speck with someone else who will help me.
These people are unprofessional And they tried to pry in your Personal life. One lady interrogated me At this branch. They need to go out of business , This branch is no good. All I wanted to do was get my car out the shop so I came to the bank to do a withdraw and I was asked so many questions about my employment . I went through the drive through And this lady was too much of herself behind a desk. U.S. Bank has a bad unprofessional reputation.
The customer service at this branch is the worst and it's been this way for years. The women at this branch, especially Shay, have the worst communication and customer service skills ever. Honestly, conducting business at another branch is better than having to deal with the childish & bitter attitudes from the women here. The supervisor of this branch is a disappointment.
I hate i opened an account with this bank. Yesterday i called because they froze my account. After calling and being on hold for 25 mins, they told me i had to go to the main office. Sitting for 30 mins. before someone came to see what i was there for. Waited another 15 mins only to be told they needed to call someone else. Verify my information and take the freeze off. I told them i have bills to pay. Today i called and they had me on hold for 15 mins by one department and 6 mins by another. Again, you need to call the main branch. She later tells me i can withdraw money at the bank. I just couldn't use my card. Why didn't someone tell me that at the bank when i told them i have bills to pay. Called the Calumet office 4 times this morning and no one is answering. Think twice before banking with US Bank. Very bad experience.
This is by far the worst bank ever !!! There customer service.is nonexistent there communication is none they have a knack for hanging up on you not answering phone or giving you the run around... pull my.money.out and closed account.in less than 3 weeks this.bank is pitiful sorry I ever went there if you have an issue.you screwed can't go to other branches oh sorry.u have to go to branch that opened your account well isn't this us bank or if you call customer service I'm sorry we can't help u hv to go to branch dont.join rankedn#5.out of 15 for poor customer service..dont.do it in my opinion just bad experience for me
