Was in line for 30 minutes . The ATM in the CLOSED lobby only did multiples of $50. They closed down my local New Boston, OH branch which was very convenient. They even took the ATM out too. I have to go to this horrible trying to keep it pg branch anytime I need to do "in person" banking. If I could give negative stars I would.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful architecture inside!! And Kelly Rose is amazing!! Thank you for always being such a great person!! Best bank I've ever had and lots of locations for the amount of time we spend traveling it's nice to be able to find my same bank

Not. Bad just long wait time but that can be expected near Christmas but I have never had any problems with them I'll give 4 stars

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Slowest drive-through in the history of the world. Expect a 30min to hour wait

After firing a lot of great workers after a new branch manger took over the service quality is terrible.

Never answer phone when you call have to wait for ever
