Opened account for a bonus, I met all of the qualifications. Bonus was not honored due to having another bonus account within the last 24 months. I had asked banker before opening account if I was eligible for another bonus eventhough I previously had one, banker said yes. Banker was new and she was guided by a more experienced anger and she even said yes, you are eligible. At the end the bonus was not honored, bankers are not knowledgeable of bank policy regarding bonus accounts, how can you trust them to open bank accounts. Go to another bank institution, bankers at US Bank are incompetent.
Horrible customer service. No greeting just "do you have an appointment? ...bc we're by appointment only". A "good morning" to start, would have been nice. Rudeness at its finest.
I opened a new account with a different bank. So I used the ATM at this US Bank location to deposit cash thinking it would credit to my new bank account . At the time I did not know my new bank and US Bank were not linked so deposits can be transferred. Once the ATM took my money a weird error message popped up on the screen. I knew something was wrong. It took a minute before the ATM completed my transaction and returned my card and a receipt. The receipt did not have any record of the cash I just put in. It was a balance inquiry receipt of the amount of money that was in my account before deposit only. I called the 800 number they had no record of this transaction either. It has been a month now and I have not received my money back. The bank admits they have the money which is an overage for the day deposits. The ATM dept. said my bank has to submit a form so the money can be returned to me but my bank cannot submit a form because they cannot see the transaction at all. I may need to file a small claims law suit to get my money back.

Slow and not welcoming at all. Stood and waited for 15 min and noone gave me the courtesy of saying "will be right with you" 1 teller, really? Never goingback to this location
Definitely not coming to this branch or even opening an account. Supper rude staff and couldn't even cash a check
If you don't mind waiting come here. Super slow service
