I've used this branch for years and have seen really positive changes recently. The branch is updated, has the new smart ATMs, and two recent appointments have had no wait and friendly, helpful service. The parking lot is a bit small, but that's because of the location. There's sometimes a line during peak hours, but it has gone quickly the last few times I've been there.
Unhelpful staff behind counter. I’ve had an account here for years but when I asked for a service was told I needed an appointment. I said no, I would just go to another bank. Then someone already sitting there said she would be able to help.
Went to this bank yesterday and went inside to do my deposits because I had quite a few of them. I had my one year old with me and didn’t realize I was a few minutes early, no problem, we just waited outside. One of the women working opened the door a couple minutes early to wait inside because she saw I had a one year old with me. She didn’t need to do this, but I thought it was just so kind. The woman who helped me with my deposits was so sweet and patient with me and my son. Simple kindness goes a long way these days. Take care of these genuine employees!
An absolute rubbish bank. Today at the drive thru I gave check to deposit to another person and the teller put the money in my account and asked what was the problem?!? What kind of service is this? Who are you hiring to work at the bank?! You have also deleted my previous review of this place on what terms? This is not right! Very slow drive thru lanes and very awkward queue line in the bank with no proper privacy to talk to the tellers. The tellers are all very slow and don’t value the customers time. This is the worst US bank branch with the most horrible service ever. I would not recommend this branch to anyone. Get ready to wait 45 mins or more in the drive thru for a small transaction. I would give this bank -10000000 stars. Either the managers don’t know what they are doing or the staff is a piece of nuisance. Horrible horrible horrible. I don’t understand this at all!
The bank teller who handled my transaction was very personable as well as professional.
Hello. To all the post covid impatient people - Give those customer service people a break! They are all doing the absolute best that they can. Today my experience was over the top and to the moon then back again. Barb did a fabulous job and I was running late but she worked with me. Smile on her face the entire time. She did not give up until my request was fulfilled. She could have given me a quick dismissal and I would not have been able to argue it. She was attentive, responsive and so very helpful. Good job USBANK for snatching her up! I seriously thought about offering her a job. Thank you again, Barb!!
If I could rate ZERO I would. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes just for my transaction, for what should have been a quick and easy withdrawal in the drive-thru. When I finally received the tube back, I opened it and to my surprise I was given someone else’s transaction..including their Driver’s License. Being the honest person that I am I sent it back in the tube and pressed the call the teller button and she said “oh oops”. I’ve had numerous issues with mistakes and not only this branch but others as well. Including a withdrawal from someone else’s account, when I’ve given them my ID and my account number and somehow they still manage to either withdraw or deposit from other customers accounts. US Bank needs to get their S*** straight before some untrustworthy person receives a free payday!!
Although in the past I've found this branch can be slow, I had a great experience working with Will on some banking needs. Will was knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
Went inside to deposit cash. When the clerk counted the money it was $100 less than myself and my boyfriend had just counted 4x. She deposited what was supposably there then I went to check my car and parking lot to see if I had dropped cash on the way. When I came back in to ask her some questions she was completely rude and said there was nothing she could do. I told her I understood and that it wasn’t her fault I was just trying to figure out what could have happened in that short period of time and she kept snapping back at me. So now I’m out $100 and feel stupid and disrespected. Went out and cried in my car… think I’ll be looking for another bank to transfer to.
Completely irritated with the fact you are the only bank still on shortened hours!!! Businesses can not wait until 9 or 10am for simple things like change! The drive through line is INSANE! There is no logic behind this!! Also, why is the lobby not open yet for walk ins?! Banks have not been hit by Covid, no loss of business, yet taking advantage of the situation to keep your payroll down, clearly customers and their needs do not come first! Looking for a new bank to move all of my personal and business accounts to!
