Horrible Customer service! Used Atm machine and I did not get my card back from the machine . So then I decided to call customer service and they told me I could get a temporary card by going into the bank. Then I proceeded to go in the bank and I spoke to the Manager who's name I did not get, but she was a Phillipino women who was extremely rude and said she could not do anything about it, and could not help me. I was disappointed and fustrated that I had to walk out with no card and I have to wait about 2-10 business days without my bank card to arrive .I will no longer be banking at this branch!
Be prepared to take a break going to this branch, they are really slow! The service is ideal, but there is no urgency around this place. Also I wish they trained every teller to be a universal banker, this would really come in handy when there is rush hour or a pileup of customers. Lastly, when is US Bank going to start letting us withdraw 100 dollar bills??? Please share my feedback and get back to me...
Just wanted to start off saying I’ve never had any issues with USBank up until an incident that happened with my wife. An employee with the name of Robin Aulakh whom has mutual friends with my wife was providing personal information onto a friend which is a breach of privacy. It’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable no employee has a right to pass personal information. Negligence by the bank for not training their loan officers/ Bankers the correct way to handle privacy of a customer. What happened to the good ol “Financial institutions must protect all “personal information” relating to current and former customers under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, the Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.”
I had a mortgage and equity line both are now paid off through the Livermore branch of US bank and never ever had a bad experience. US Bank is one of the best banks from a liquidity standpoint in America. Well run and solid. This will not be one of those banks that fails. Of course, they need to run the business and solicit new accounts, I don't understand what problems people see with that? They were never invasive or pushy about their offerings on any cold calls I received. I give both the branch and the bank overall, 5 stars - I see no reason to give them anything less.
Very poor customer service at this specific branch. The manager will come out to greet the customers in line to state that she is very sorry but her tellers will be with us asap. I have been a customer at this branch Livermore on second street for many years and the customer service has reached a new low IMO. At my most recent visit today only one teller window was open. The manager stated that her only other teller was on a break. The manager did not offer to jump in and help but returned to her desk while the line of customers continued to grow. The bank had four banker desks and five teller windows yet only one teller present. I also bank with the Wells Fargo branch across the street and they have all their bankers desks manned and five to six tellers helping customers every time we visit. If Wells Fargo can fully staff their branch during COVID why can't US bank ?
I went to Livermore bank on second street and due to their server down they told me to wait and then after 30 min they suggest me to go to Dublin and called somebody at this location to be there as they are sending some customer as it’s very urgent.I somehow make it to be here 4:53pm and found that they already closed even though they know that the customer is on the way. This bank should be shut down as they don’t care about their customer and are not responsible at all. Shame on us bank employees who don’t keep their words and treat their one of the oldest customer like this.
TERRIBLE Customer Service!!! no wonder the bank is empty! Without going into detail Robin Aulakh needs to learn customer service skills. Closing the account asap!
Went at lunch hr. Not busy at all....only me and 1 other person. Friendly staff. Quick in/out. Only branch near my office.
Very poor customer service. You cant casha check if you dont have enough funds in your account to do so, have to wait next day. No help at all.
Fantastic experience with this bank. Shree was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about different options and make me feel comfortable being there.
