The employees at this store worked for two days to try to get my iPhone to work again. My phone never did recover but I appreciate all the time and effort this team put into trying to save my phone. They made the transition to a new phone so smooth and quick. I'm so happy with their service!
Terrible customer service/rude today by Angela. Went in for help paying off my phone she told me she could do it or I could call a number to do it myself. After asking if she would do it, she then had to wait 12 minutes to speak to somebody to pay off the phone. At which point in time she sighed to show her displeasure to which she then said to me “this has taken me 12 minutes, which could have taken you 2 minutes.” Not sure how the math works on that one if we had to call the same number...This was while there was one other customer in the store working with another employee, not busy at all.
I walked in and was greeted right away. And helped immediately. My question I waited to ask 45 mins at the other location was answered in 5 mins. And got me on my way. I recommend going to this location over the other one. They always seem to help me really fast.
Worst service ever I regret ever getting the service they all lie and tell u one thing and its never the same when u talk to someone else I know a customer that has 4 phones and pays as much as I do for 2 phones and we have the same plan so its a joke can't wait to go somewhere else
Spent an hour attempting to transfer data to a new phone despite us not asking him to do that
Devin and Jason are amazing! They are absolutely the best! Thanks guys
Terrible customer service. They were not interested in helping us.
