I've used this location for multiple visits over the past few years... I've never had appointments so there has typically been SOME wait time, but it's always faster than their initial estimated wait time... My most recent visit was for a DOT physical and Scruggs was great! He clearly has the routine streamlined and was incredibly efficient. The front desk staff and the intake crew were fantastic. Very friendly, personable, and accommodating. I intentionally choose this location even though there are locations closer to my home. I'd rather travel out of my way for the better service I receive here. That should tell you something...

I had to wait a little while to be taken back for my drug screen, only because this test site has a lot of traffic coming in. Once I was called back I went through the process quickly and had a friendly staffed that helped me out. Good staff working here. Provided an excellent experience. Highly recommend care from here.

This place needs either more staff on duty, or a bigger waiting room. With wait times being an hour or more in 100 degree heat, patients need a place out of the heat to wait. Thankfully an office manager was thoughtful enough to offer water to waiting patients, but only those who were inside. The staff is great once you get to see them.

I had to visit this location twice. Once as a walk-in, once with an appointment. I spent 4 hours there when I went without an appointment and nearly 3 when I had an appointment. It takes forever to be seen by the care provider. The medical assistants/ phlebotomist were the nicest people and very professional. The 1st doctor I saw was a very kind man. But the wait time is disgraceful. The doctor I finally saw after I proclaimed that I simply could not stay any longer saw me begrudgingly and was very rude and annoyed that I had the audacity to want to leave after not being seen in 2.5 hours past my scheduled appointment. And all he had to do was review my bloodwork. It is also nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone when calling this location. I would like to never have to go back. God bless the staff for having to put up with such chaos!

I’m only giving it a 1 star because the actual person who did my mask fit test was good. The whole experience took a whopping 5 hours wait just to do a 10 minute test. They initially told me 2 hours which turned into 4 hours. Arrived at 945 and got tested at 3pm.

The West Sacramento facility was extremely understaffed. I was unable to make an appt for a pre-employment physical as the phone was UNANSWERED the two days I tried calling. I waited 2 HOURS just to get checked it. The overall wait was 4 HOURS until I was started with my physical and drug screen. Unacceptable! I wonder if the employers who contract with Concentra know about. There were employees who were being seen for on the job injuries work comp and some of them were waiting for hours. I saw supervisors who escorted their employees to the facility for random drug screens and the wait was so long, the supervisors had to leave. I wonder if the Concentra Corporation is cutting costs by underpaying their current employees and/or not filling positions to save money to line their own pockets. In addition to the unacceptable wait times, the drug screen area was dirty, candidate confidentiality was NOT respected, the waiting room walls/doors were dirty and had bad paint jobs indicating they have cut corners to save money.

I arrived about 15 minutes before they opened and I was about 7 people deep in line. They opened the doors at 8:00am sharp. The check in went pretty fast. The staff was very professional. I was treated with great service. I had a DOT physical, drug screen and tb test. They did a great job. I would recommend Concentra West Sacramento.

When I got there, after already having been gone to 2 other nearby concentra locations and rejected, this place took me in even though they were super busy and short staffed! The staff were great specially the 2 gals over the check in desk, they were super friendly and very courteous! Overall this location has been by far the best!

I went in on my lunch break on Monday for drug testing and it was packed. They let me know it would be about 30-45 min wait. I accepted and filled out paperwork. The wait ended up being over 1.5 hrs- all to just pee in a cup. I feel maybe they shouldn't offer this service here. They may be spreading themselves thin on the services they provide. Furthermore, after peeing I proceeded to wash my hands and they were out of paper towels, so I asked the lady for some and she said they had been out fir some time and don't know when they are getting more. I also asked if I would get a copy of results and they said they only send to the employer. I feel like this should be provided.

Went here from July 2022 to January 2023 for lower back issue that happened at work. Wait time to see a doctor is 2-5 hours even if it was scheduled. Staff gets 5 stars everyone was polite. Dr.Edwin was nice but a bit weird, all the other doctors I saw were professional and polite. Chiropractor, acupuncture and physical therapy people get 5 stars. I asked the insurance taking care of my case to please move me to a different clinic, at the new place I show up early and I get out early. If you don’t like to wait just get out of here.
