Everything was efficient, from checking in to checking out! Everyone was great! Ari was the one who helped with my physical, drug screen, and blood work. She has great customer service, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout every part of my physical. She has a great personality as well.

The doctor there had no mask on and was visibly sick. Not sure how you can be a medical professional working with multiple people and not wear one, while SICK. he didn't really examine me either just came in and out. Only giving two stars because the rest of the staff were very attentive and quick with their procedures.

I have YET to be at any Concentra facility and it has not been clean. They are very clean & professional. I had to fill out some forms via a new job but I was seen for my appointment in less than an hour. And the AC blasting was a bonus. It was hot outside. Plenty of parking.

My PT experience was pleasant, Emily is very knowledgeable. Afterwards I was scheduled to meet with a doctor covering my doctor. The nurse taking my information was pleasant however the doctor who came in 1 1/2 hour later was rude. She asked a few questions and walked out. I sat there another 20 minutes thinking she was coming back, but she never did. Someone else came in to give me my next appointment.

I went in for a drug screening as-well as a physical, hearing test, and vision test for New Employment and they were very prompt, well spoken and kind. Would highly recommend this location !

Doctors need to listen to patients more, over heard doctor brown telling the nurse that my injuries are not that serious. Certain positions I am in pain. Also I requested referral to see Chiropractor for further treatment and was ignored. Been asked for physical therapy since the first day of treatment and just put in referral 04/03/2023. I will not return. Never order medication either. If I can give zero stars I would

My visit with Concentra with Dr. Lipel was horrible. He is very very rude. He spent 10 minutes trying to argue me down about what he think I have going on with me that wasn’t even in my file. Then when I told him what the problem was, he began to disregard what I had to say about my health. I don’t appreciate that. I will not be going back.

It was amazing service from the front desk to the back with the nurses. Very professional , warm & friendly nurses. Can’t wait to go back ! And be kind to them , the staff is really nice! Keep up the good work

Long wait times, also dont know her name but she is hispanic and was all too rude to an older gentleman. She sits on the front desk. Also was there for over two hours waiting for a drug screen. I got up and asked when was my turn and said one more person was in front of me. I got frustrated and left. Soon as i walked out the door they called me that i was next. What a waste of my time. Never going back there again!!!
