Long wait so plan to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours if you're going to be seen. Took an hour for me to be called in to be seen. The front staff were courteous as expected but not helpful. I observed their interaction with other patients. Almost felt as if they derived pleasure in one's distress. I've also been to the location in Blaine. Service there is much better than service at the Robbinsdale. Amanda, the tech, was the only positive part of my experience. She was polite, genuine, and thorough.

Everyone was nice but they lost documentation that they gave me my flu vaccine that was required for my job so i needed to send it in ASAP and when i called and they said they would look into it, they never called back so i had to call to follow up again 12 hours later. I also after being called into the physical exam room waited 45 minutes for the physician one of the employees did kindly update me after about 30 minutes of waiting which i appreciate! i understand waiting for docs is normal and isn’t necessarily the facilities fault. But the loss of documentation of my vaccine was concerning for me

Walked in and was surprised that the building lobby smells like 1988 stale cigarettes. The clinic lobby was overseen by a very strange brunette woman who has had so much Botox she literally can't form words correctly. I say all that to contrast my high rating with my initial experience. Doctor was excellent. He took time, was personable and explanatory and treated me like an intelligent person. Care was swift. Will come back when needed.

It was super easy to walk in & receive the services I needed for starting a new job, I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. The nurse who saw me made me feel very comfortable, she gave me shots in both arms & I barely felt a thing!

Is no stars an option? Arrived on time for my DOT physical as soon as they opened at 8:00 a.m. At 11:30 I'm still in the lobby waiting for my name to be called. I'm finally brought back to the room and told to wait here instead. It is now 12:45 p.m. and I'm told there are still 2 people ahead of me. How there are 2 people ahead of me at quarter to one when I'm the first appointment of the day is something I'd like explained to me. I've been here for more than half of their business day for something that should've taken 20 or 30 minutes. EDIT: At 2:30, the doctor finally saw me, spent 90 seconds with me and said he'd get my paperwork and then I could go. SIX AND A HALF HOURS!

Was there for a pre-employment drug screen, and was very happy with the speed in which I was able to give my sample and be out the door. With it being my first time, they were helpful with the required paperwork and when everything was said and done I was in and out the door within 30 minutes. Best to get there right when they open at 8:00 am as there is very few people there.

The people behind the counter were very rude. While speaking to other walk in patients, they had been there for about an hour. I was there for nearly an hour when I FINALLY got called. After being called with a group of people, we were brought into another room where there were not enough chairs. I then waited for another half hour before I was seen. Once I was being seen, my reason for being the went really fast and I was on my way. However, Concentra did not send the results to the proper recipients in a timely manner and that almost caused a VERY large issue with my employer.

The urgent care office was dirty, with bits of trash here and there. dust on the floor, and rooms that appear to be old. The nurse who assisted me did not have the best bedside manner with frequent explanations of “I’m new here, I’m not 100% sure” and “this machine is broken and I’ve only done this one other time” and the best was “boy it’s so hot in here” while preceding to turn the temperature down while I sat there without a shirt on for an hour. She took my blood and jumbled all the samples together and left them in an unoccupied room without any labels on them. Whose to know they are actually my samples sent to the lab? not really maintaining a chain of custody of samples are just left unattended in a mess of paper and blank shipping labels. On top of that she smelled of cigarettes and had holes in her scrubs which is a red flag. The radiologist was the saving grace in that place and the only individual I had a positive experience with. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place. My next yearly visit will definitely be performed somewhere else.

Very friendly and helpful staff! They are very efficient getting you in and out. I did a walk in for a drug screen for a new job and was in and out in like 20 minutes. I would highly recommend Concentra.

They are urgent care that mostly does drug screens all day. Very few people who walk through the door are long term patients. So can imagine it feels a little like a people mill just processing hundreds of samples daily.
