VERT VERY POOR CUSTOMER SURVICE. I just want to ask a simple question and the lady clearly do not know anything. So I tried to call the customer services and it never work, I waited for like 30 mins and still can't talk to a real person. So dumb.
Denise is literally the most amazing person at this location. She is so helpful and answers any questions. My family and I have nothing but the most amazing things to say about her. 5 stars!
I’ve been nearest post office many times before there’s a 2 very nice woman. And an older gentleman by the name of tony which never have a problem so I went in there today at 11:47 with three packages one going priority to going to Canada and he started complaining that he goes home in 10 minutes why couldn’t I bring that stuff in earlier I asked him this is your job correct and he continued to complain about me bringing my packages in there I will never ever step foot in that post office ever again....He was a tall gentleman salt and pepper black hair more gray wearing glasses thick glasses I hope the postmaster reviews all these comments and if anybody does please let me know
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was shipping a prepaid package out from this location. and the postal worker by the name of Lou, was attempting to help me with this transaction and very Condescendingly laughed and sd the postage was not correct. And continued to go ahead with the transaction and told me if it goes it goes. But more than likely it would come back. I asked to correct the postage on the box that was being shipped and he told me no. We don’t do that. I filed a formal complaint with the post master and absolutely nothin g was done to correct the situation. They forwarded the complaint to the Langhorne branch, they tried to rectify the situation, even the supervisor I was dealing with became argumentative. And proceeded to tell me that he was award winning employee. I GUESS SO WHEN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS ARE SO LOW.
I've never had a postal worker laugh at me & make me feel so stupid when I needed help and asked questions about returning a package! This man had me shaking and would not explain Why he was laughing? Like I was doing something obviously wrong, but what? Very VERY POOR CLASS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now I need to do another return and am pretty sure he will be there again as always. He doesn't deserve this position. Penndel people care for each other. So if the local P.O. is so cold why is this gray man still here??
Best customer service among all other USPS I visited in the area is at this location. They talk like people, like educated people with respect to a client. If you want to be barked at go to other USPS locations like Trevose 275 Street Rd. or Philly 1500 JFK Blvd.
I have had a terrible experience with this penndel post office multiple times in one weeks !! I had given a package to the penndel post office on thursday 7/19/2018 with my return label in tacked with packing tape as needed. I am awaiting a large refund for the return of this item and on saturday 7/21/2018 a postal deliver dropped my package off at my address and the label was cut not ripped off so the bar code could not be scanned and on this label that was cut was writing "Generate New Label" why was it returned to me ?? Why was this not labeledas it was an obvious screw up of a postal worker??? We as the sender made it very clear when dropping this package off at the office that a worker behind the desk made sure it was all in order to be shipped correctly??? Now i am spending an adxitional 45 mins on hold to speak to someone! In addition to thos oncident i am awaiting a package from GA i have been tracking this item as it was to be arriving at my residence on 7/19 .... On 7/19 it then said ups had interchanged to usps and it would now arrive on 7/20/2018 well on 7/20 my package went from my local Penndel post office to NEW YORK??.. what is going on at our local post office????? I am furious!
I really used to like going in here, but twice I went at 10 minutes before closing and he refused to send my package to England. It's the only time of day I can go due to work, so I wasn't pleased with that service.
Stu, the man who works the register is one of the nicest worker I've ever met at a post office. He is always fast and friendly to everyone.
Woman at the front was giving me attitude and was virtually no help. Do not go here unless you wanna be sassed by employee
