Just had the nicest interactions with the staff at this location. I’ve had a terrible cluster of mix up in the system since moving during the holidays and this is my 3rd time trying to get it figured out. Abby the supervisor I believe, was very sweet and helpful and introduced me to my mail carrier , Gerald I believe. They were all great and I believe we got everything figured out !
Went into the post office in a bad mood, and missing a document. Everyone here had a great attitude and was patient helping my locate my package. I wish i had gotten the names of the ladies who helped me! Left with my package and in a better mood.
I’ve always had pretty solid service here, all things considered. It’s never been fast but the staff is at least cheerful and pleasant. They do have large partitions put up since Covid so you can feel safe. Normally there isn’t a terrible line which is good if you need to drop something quickly.
Has really gone downhill since older workers retired. They're understaffed and the lines are ridiculously long. The new, young staff here does not seem to know what they're doing and seem overwhelmed. I've been coming to this location for over 20 years because it's near my house, but no more. I will find another PO even if I have to drive a longer distance.
Great location, friendly, knowledgeable staff, and fast! They really know how to keep the line moving. I have never had a bad experience at this location, even during the busiest times. Please keep up the great work!
The postage machine in lobby has not been working in over a week. You can't weigh n buy postage for package. This is one of the worse businesses. Never staffed properly and the wait is so long. I just don't understand.
I sent a letter through Priority Mail on June 17th, 2022. It arrived at this facility on June 21st, 2022. The letter was addressed to the Cobb County Police Department. This location said they could not deliver the letter to this recipient, even though I had sent and received a letter from this recipient 2 weeks prior, and instead said "return to sender". It is now July 6th, 15 days after this location received and my letter, which was 2 miles away from its destination, is now in Gainsville, FL, and I live in Philadelphia, PA. I tried to call this location to ask why it wasn't delivered, and instead I got an automated messaging system that didn't help at all.
Stolen new credit card and used 3 times while mail was on hold here. Complaint filed and will continue to pursue . They have someone working stealing mail.
One of the postal workers went above and beyond to find a package I ha did mailed to the wrong address. Unbelievable!
Worst Post Office in the state of GA!!!! Horrible Service Period!!!! Close this office down or Hire people that WANT to work!
