Horrible post office that frequently misplaces packaging only “finds” them when you get stern with them. They also never answer the phone. I called no less than 20 times trying to get a package that was shipped priority express with no signature they decided did need a signature. Not sure if the mailman didn’t read would not be the first time but this place needs work. Managers do something to make this place better. Not like there’s many options so they can be as horrible as they want to.
Can never get through by phone. Have not been able to access my mailbox at my new home community style box that requires a key because they have yet to give me the key, even after an in person visit.
Mail often late, and sometimes it doesn't show up at all. Packages are sometimes "out for delivery" for days, and they don't answer the phone ever so you can ask questions. It's so disappointing. You expect things to be hectic at a big city post office, but our small town post office is just a mess it seems. If you have time to go inside and speak to the manager, he's very nice and helpful too. But don't expect that unless you actually go there.
Do you actually have a phone in your building?!? Four days in a row I’ve been calling multiple times each day and never got anyone to answer! Some of us have work schedules longer than your business hours, so can’t come to speak to you in person. What’s the point of listing your number if you won’t answer your phone?!? I scheduled a redelivery through the usps website, but you didn’t attempt to deliver on the scheduled redelivery date. I wish Amazon would require shipping through ups or fedex, because usps is always a failure. This branch in kingsville is horrible.

I have never had a problem at this post office the staff are always very helpful and I ship items through this post office at least 3 or more times a week.
Been calling for over an hour hung up then tried for another hour, NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE
If I had other options I would use it. I had 2 packages arrived at this location at the same time, all scans on both are date/time the same except 1 was delivered, and the other was not! But they won't do any thing until after 8pm, by which time the office is closed! But then what do you expect from a government run office! Oh and the phone number listed is for somewhere in DC, NOT A LOCAL NUMBER, not that they answer their phones anyway!
The lady at the front desk was pleasant and answered any questions I had. Older lady long blonde hair. Friendly. It was my first visit to this post office, and my first time sending a certified letter. I wasn't sure what to do with the green form, and didn't want to mess it up. She understood. I also didn't realize the drop box was behind where I parked, and had a letter to send off and she gladly stamped it and put it away for me. Will be coming back for the holidays to drop off packages. The line moved quickly.
Worst USPS ever! I would give them 0 star if I could. They never pick up the phone. And when I told them to hold my package at the USPS office the postman did that but when I went to pick it up, I was told that it wasn't there and told me to check at the university post office. I went there just to find out that they don't deliver anything to residential homes. I went back to this post office and I was told to come back the next day since the package is out for the delivery. When I told them that the postman told us he left the package at the post office finally they agreed to check and brought back 2 of my packages... Oh and when I told them that I was sent to the university post office to collect the package the person working there told me oh they just deliver to the university only... Why would you send me there then???
