I have always had excellent service and helpful staff. They are long lines but when all the ladies are working, the line goes quickly. Thank you for your assistance.
Queues usually massive. Got a nice quiet one today however staff were unbelievably rude. Abysmal service and totally unwilling to help out. Had a package that said either post office or royal mail and got lambasted about the differences between the two.
The worst post office in Livingston. Always a massive queue and the ladies that work here are very snappy and condescending. Absolutely dread being served by them they look so miserable.
Extremely reliable and helpful. I know my mail will be delivered where it is supposed to arrive. Staff are very patient and assist me with anything l am not sure about.
They always try to charge the most expensive fee. Just try to charge a letter as a large letter when is just a letter. I put a formal complaint but they keep doing the same. The best they do is having a chat while you are waiting. Horrible service and horrible people there.
At 9:10am the staff seem to already want to go home. Refuse me a service that I regularly do at my local post office. Rude, uninterested staff who have no idea about customer service whatsoever.
I have used this post office several times over many years and, have always been amazed on how the staff working at really busy counters, do so in a thoroughly helpful and pleasant way.
Only problem is 2 staff. The rest are great. Julia and the grumpy one. Worst staff in any post office.
Shawty at the counter has a hour glass frame
The service of cashier number 9 this morning at about 10-57 today she should not be serving customer, didn,t say a word and when she came me my receipt she gave it with her back half turned not good enough
