I just got out of the mail and I give my 5 stars for excellent service.  Dominique served me.  She understood and even suggested something for my best service in the delivery of my letter that I sent.  Thanks Dominic.  We need more people like you.  That make us a better day.  Blessings.

They deserve zero stars—poor communication and leadership skills. The facility has no hours of operation details listed.  Ms. Smith, the clerk, and Ms. Moore, the supervisor, refused to help us after we entered at 5:03 pm and waited in line for about 4 minutes. How could such a large organization not have hours of operation details listed clearly for customers to notice?  We would not enter if details were posted. To make matters worst, Ms. Smith was assisting a customer went we entered and did say anything upon our entering the building. This is a perfect example of fish rotten from the head—no service recovery experience.

Whenever I go to the post office, the staff are friendly and kind and doing their best to get through the line that’s usually there. They have been so helpful in directing me to the right shopping methods and helping me save money on my packages. We did go out of town recently and our mail person stopped delivering to us even though there were only a few non holidays we were gone for, I learned from the postal staff that we can request them to hold the mail back at the office so it doesn’t get returned to the senders.

Dominique is an angel! Please give her a raise! She is always so pleasant & helpful when I come in. Definitely brightens your day!

I work around the area and I mailed many packages. I never had a problem. The stuff are good and welcoming.

I mailed several packages to Lake Forest California all packages were sent priority. The cost was a bit steep,I feel well worth the peace of mind knowing everything included insurance coverage of $100 on each individual package. All packages were delivered on time with no issues.

Other people’s mail continuously come to my address, and we continuously send the mail back to the post office stating that these people do not live here but the post office ignore this and the same people’s’ mail just keep on coming, it is annoying !!!! and scary, so many scams

Did passports for my son and I. They were very helpful here, nice and friendly.

Whoever the rude woman was that answered the phone on 3/22/22 @ 9:02am does not need a job in customer service. Her attitude is poor and knowledge of passport applications is ridiculous. Ma'am if you did not not want to come to work you should have stayed home. There is no reason to have the attitude you displayed that early in the morning. The Post Office just opened! Management needs to step up there customer service trainings! If I wasn't at work I would given her a piece of my mind. USPS DO BETTER!

My package was shipped on November 28, it spent 16 days at the New Jersey facility. They then moved to Jessup Maryland. On December 19 it came to this facility and spent an entire month. I received my package today January 23, after filing a claim yesterday. When I spoke to the representative she told me the merchant never shipped my package and filing a claim would be a waste of time. I argued back and forth with her because her coworkers told  me different. She tried to convince me not to file the claim however I went ahead. They found my package that was not sent out by merchant according to her in less than 24 hours and delivered it.
