The nicest couple and the sweetest pup. Great prices too. They are really wonderful folks.
The people there are awesome, and love having video all over the place there.
I've been storing some of my belongings there for about two years and never had any problems. The property is well kept and clean, and the brick walls of the units helps to insulate it from getting too hot or cold. Have never found any evidence of rodents or bugs either. My only complaint is the price and narrow space for loading and unloading what I need to store.
It is a very nice professional company Nancy and her spouse and all employees are very pleasant & professional with their customer services I would Highly recommend this company they deserve five stars or more! The storage buildings are very clean everything is very well-kept up professionally you will be very satisfied with the services here. Thank You all
The couple that runs the place are fantastic. They make it so much better having a storage. The prices are so much better than other places nearby. I'm glad I moved from where I was.
The U-Store storage on 29th st. in Del city is one of the cleanest businesses I have ever seen. And they are just as friendly!! I can eliminate my payment hassles by automatic monthly debits from my account. Their RV storage area is behind a separate locked gate so I feel comfortable having my RV parked there. Need a place to store your "goodies"..... use them.
Not a bad storage facility. They didn't exactly go as top notch with the construction on the inside as they did on the outside. Units sheetrocked and taped poorly . But not painted? With the temperature changes and humidity the tape is coming down. Some light in the unit would be nice as well.
The management is always so helpful, and I know they make the rounds and patrol the storage facility. The inner extra locked gate for RVs and vehicles is a great addition and I feel safe knowing that they patrol that area as well and I feel confident with my stuff stored there.
With this being my first time to rent a storage unit this place is so disappointing. I do not recommend. We were only there for two weeks and started to notice roaches in the unit. I brought it to their attention and they gave us spray and it only worked for maybe a week. Well we had to buy bug bombs and traps to hopefully get them out. I requested to move to another unit, only to be let down with them saying”we don’t want you to move bugs to another unit.” I told them that I will be moving to a different storage facility. They didn’t seem to care about the issue and didn’t seem to believe there was an issue. These roaches came from this storage facility! NOT MY HOME. I would have known. There is an infestation. On top of that I had visited my unit one day and I had talked to another renter and I asked them if they had any problems. They said they had spotted some in their unit as well. So if you want roaches in your stuff then use this place! Disappointed in these people as I thought they were very nice. I was wrong. Take better care of your units and customers.
