Store manager has an amazing attitude and provides excellent service.
Sue makes the experience seamless. I work outside the country for extended periods of time and Sue has always been there to make my storage rentals simple and easy. I rented space for storage as well,as a vehicle and would periodically receive messages from Sue keeping me aware of needs and status. She is a highly skilled manager and I strongly recommend this facility based on the management.
I have been a customer here for 13yrs straight. They have raised their rates quite a bit but I’ve stayed. I do think that Sue was a good addition, she’s helpful and works hard. She has made it pleasant to pay my bill.
We had to move and keep our home items in storage. We are clean people who are educated about pests and what attracts them. Our units were infiltrated with rats connected from other units. I’ve never seen anything like it. Rat droppings everywhere and destroyed our life’s belongings. This unit is at a “reasonable rate” for a reason. Management is not concerned with maintaining pest population. We didn’t anticipate having this kind of issue. Imagine losing your job, Storing your things till you are in a different home, and a small business you supported not doing their part to protect their units from rodents that destroy your things. Such a shame
Sue, the manager at this facility, works well with her customers. I know first-hand because I've been renting at this location for 2 years. When management changed and Sue took over, the quality of service remained top-notch. It obvious that she likes what she does and appreciates her clientele.
Very convenient, easy in and easy out. Plus, Sue has always been friendly and professional whenever I’ve had to deal with her. No concerns whatsoever!
Awesome place that's so close to home! Very nice lady who oversees the property as well. This has been a great move for our business storage!
As far as a Uhaul franchise , this place is the pits! I tried to drop a truck off there last weekend and was told I had to go elsewhere. Elsewhere ended up being over twenty miles away, for which I had to pay extra for the additional miles. The woman there was very inconsiderate and unsympathetic. Said she didn't work for Uhaul. After this, I hope they pull out of there.
Sue is a great manager, excellent customer service. U stor had the best prices for the storage unit I was looking for. Easy access as well. Give them a call.
The storage area is clean and easy to find and Sue is great to work with. I'd recommend to others.
